Its a typical auto parts place, they had a lot of stock and it wasnt too hard to find what we were looking for, however no one asked if we needed help. You just would have made it a little easier. But overall a reasonable place to shop.

Helpful staff. I saw them battle a elderly customers rusty wipers and replaced them for her. I was looking for an odd in line fuel filter for my boat and they not had 2 but 6 in stock. Great staff!

Absolutely unbelievable customer service! Staff went above and beyond to help us make a terrible day better. We were on vacation camping, and had major issues with camper. While trying to find parts for our camper, our truck battery died. The staff at this store went above and beyond to help us with providing advice and tools so that we could replace our battery. Truly exceptional customer service, and have gained a Napa customer for life!! Very refreshing to know that this kind of customer service still exists. Thank you guys!!!! And Napa should be very proud to have employees like you!!!!

$18.00 core charge on auto battery when everyone else is $5.00.This means they are ripping people off. Its a way to add more money to the battery your buying. Last time I ever buy another thing from them!!!!!!!!!
