I don’t know why I always think it will get better. DONT go during the summer. And expect disappointment any time you go at any point of the year. Between the fact that they can’t get the order perfect and days like today- placed a mobile order….25 minutes later and I have time to sit down in the lobby and write this review. Two coffees should not take 30 minutes! We’ve lived here for 9 years. It’s a rarity to receive top notch service and product here.
Though the drinks were good but the wait was not worth it. The Starbucks was crowed. I ordered on mobile and arrived at this place to get a drink, but I ended up waiting over 50 minutes! Their way of orders on mobile is completely unorganized. Some people went in there and waited almost as long as I did. People started to complain about waiting 20 minutes. The experience here at Starbucks, in my opinion, was horrible.

Slower than molasses in January... walked in and I was only one at cash register... waited 5 minutes and no one helped me. 5ppl behind counter. My Jersey Starbucks would put this place to shame at their busiest times. Dont ignore the ppl right in front of you.
Best coffee in the United States. On par with the Europeans. I learned to drink coffee in my twenties in France. Didnt have a decent cup of coffee for years until Starbucks decided to open its doors. I always get the same thing because its just perfect but I have to speak another language to order it - a hot Pikes grande in a venti cup with cream on the side (coffee with extra cream and a cup to hold it all). The HR department really knows how to pick exceptional staff. And all the years bucks has been open Ive never gotten anything but efficient, professional and courteous service; not EVER. Many thanks to a well-run outfit. Id love to work there because it just looks like theyre having so much fun even in a pandemic. 🤩🤩‼️

Don’t sit down Stan don’t wait around get your stuff and get out! It is not a warm welcoming feeling people are generally kind of rude even when you’re waiting for your drink they perpetually ask you are you ready to leave can you go now but I’m not allowed to have people inside basically get your stuff and get out!
Staff is always very quick at this location to try and keep up with orders. This location is one of the busiest locations in our area and more than most I go to out of town. Keep up the great work. With out good workers or good leads, then management is nothing. It is great to see all different people take actions to solve issues over all these years there.
Wish they would make mobile orders in a timely manner. When busy they make drive-thru and walk ins first. Have watched them do this several times.

I am not sure her name, but the girl at the window gave me the nicest compliment, saying I looked like I should be in a Renaissance painting. I was too stunned to express how much it meant to me as I was handed my drink (which tasted great!) I just hope she knows she looks like she belongs in a painting as well!
If this wasn’t the only Starbucks within 15 miles of me I would not go back. I understand morning rush, being low staffed, etc. I received my drink after waiting, and 15 minutes later still had not received my sandwhich. Upon asking if it was coming, the manager rudely told me the food was coming and that she was backed up. Okay, I understand. After 20 more minutes of waiting I politely asked again and it was sitting there the entire time. Very disappointed as if the manager would’ve just asked for my name the first time instead of having an attitude this would’ve been avoided. I am in the industry and understand being low staffed and busy, but this was a simple mistake that could have been avoided..
Stopped by to use up some expiring points while on vacation. The staff were friendly and accommodating in the drink preparation. Hardly any wait and the iced mocha was prepared just right. Well done Starbucks!
This location was incredibly busy. About 12 cars wrapped the building. We went inside to avoid that rush, but still took 21 minutes despite only one group ahead. I understand the wait, with online orders, drive-thru and then inside ordering, but wow, that was long. The drinks were good though, so definitely not completely complaining! 😁
Terrible experience. Trapped in a drive through for 45 minutes. There were no customers in the lobby and only 3 cars in front of us. My daughter started crying and we could not get out. We get up to the window. We finally get to the window and they got the wrong order. We told them the right order which was $2 less than the total they told us. Then they messed up again and swiped our card multiple times. We looked inside while we were waiting for about 15 minutes and there were drinks all over the floor food laying around everyone had pink hair and was either running around chaotically or standing around looking at their phones and watches. We are local and typically love Starbucks but this was a horrible horrible experience.

The best hard working team! Always doing their best, very friendly and accurate with orders. If anybody complains about wait time, choose different place for vacation because each place in Grand Stand is short with staff.
The staff here is SO friendly and make your experience so enjoyable. With that said, it is very clear that they are being overworked. The service industry is very tough, and I understand that, but more should be done to ensure the health of their workers!

I came in and ordered a venti cookie crumble frap and a venti strawberry funnel cake frap with 2 extra shots of funnelcake syrup I waited a hour and they wasn’t even that busy but sure enough I was the last person in to get their order and I had things in the car that melted and the cookie frappe was just a mocha frappe. The time before this my husband stood in there over a hour to get home and it wasn’t right and I come in there everyday I would say I’m a loyal customer I spent 25 dollars in there today this really isn’t right to do this to people
My dragon fruit drink was delicious my banana nut bread was hot and fresh and my blueberry scone was very tasty drive through quick and painless.
I did a mobile order for coffee this morning and Ive barely drank I because it didnt have enough almond milk, that I paid extra for, in it. This is after I asked for more. Usually its a light-medium caramel color coffee and its just to dark and butter for me. The girl at the counter when I asked her to add more looked like she was about to roll her eyes. I will no longer go here since this isnt the first time Ive gotten inconsistent drinks.

This location is horrible I didnt leave a review on my first encounter and I should have because it wasnt a holiday just a regular day but today was absolutely ridiculous. I placed a mobile order and still stood and waited 29 mins after my order pick up time and when I asked for my order to be fulfilled as ordered the batista ended up knocking half of my drink out of my cup and proceeded to fill the space with whipped cream smh pass by this location as fast as you can
This store consistently serves good-quality drinks! Often they are exceedingly busy and struggle to get drinks out in a reasonable timeframe (we waited 30 minutes today), but many places are understaffed atm so I commend their effort given the amount of business they have.
Staff is always courteous, friendly and fast. Coffee and food is good. And most staffers follow Covid19 guidelines that Starbucks posts on the door. Yet still some employees wear masks below their nose, rendering the mask completely useless. How those few employees feel that wearing a mask that way helps anyone is a puzzler, and highlights their ignorance. I guess Starbucks is in a tricky position to enforce the policy for customers, and there are plenty of ignorant customers that feel going mask-less is some badge of courage or honor. But can’t management enforce the policy with their own employees? If masks hadn’t been such political pawns, there’s no doubt that many customers now dead would still be customers alive. Wearing a mask, and wearing it properly is so easy to do. It’s sad people feel that their statements of defiance and freedom help anyone ... even themselves.
Everyone needs to try a zip of there order before the go away from drive through bcoz it happens to me a lot of times there not doing it right your order like ordering extra shots instead it taste like there no coffee in it…the think u can’t go back to them so make a zip before leaving the window for drive through,hope starbucks fellows must aware with this like me I always order everyday so I can compare the taste try to pay attention with the order…hoping your not doing it intentionally
The staff are always super friendly and my drinks are always made correctly. This is an extremely busy Starbucks so plan accordingly.
Had two pick up orders and they were not ready at all I was waiting 25 minutes after they were supposed to be ready and then they got one drink wrong and the cake pops wrong. I would highly advise using the one down the road towards the south or use the driver threw.

This is the absolute worst Starbucks. I ordered four shots over ice. I received one if you would like to get your coffee before work get out of here that’s not gonna happen. Worst Starbucks I have ever dealt with! I love so many other locations it’s a disappointment at this location.
You can either wait in a long line of CO2 spewing vehicles, or go through the falderal of mobile ordering for some overpriced corporate sludge. No thanks.

Ordered a grande Strawberry Funnelcake Frapacino inside and after waiting 35 minutes I still had not received it. One person making Fraps for Drive thru and inside. People who came in after me got their drinks and left. There were ar least ten drinks sitting there for 20+ minutes that no one picked up. Told cashier I was not waiting any longer and left.WORSE SERVICE EVER !!
Always find our favorite blends and have them ground on site for our coffee maker, cheaper then buying in the super market
Worst Starbucks experience. Just left there 🕘 Took about 35 minutes with no one ahead of us but the drive thru for 3 drinks. One drink was wrong and the other two were inconsistent and bitter. Baristas were friendly, they just seem inexperience but customers are loyal to Starbucks for consistency.
More than on one occasion when I do a mobile order to skip the ridiculous long line. The wait time on the app even at its longest is almost done 3 fold. So if the app says it should be ready in 4 to 7 minutes ill have to wait 20 minutes. It has gotten so bad I have started to be almost late to work. Maybe they should train better or hire more people.
Ordered peppermint white chocolate like usual....had 2 shots expresso this time, almost out me in the ER. Went back in to have them change it to the correct rank and it took about 4 minutes with two people at the cashier to figure out how to do it and they kept asking you dont want coffee in it? I kept telling them its hot chocolate it doesnt have bloody coffee. Then when I finally got it it was regular hot chocolate with peppermint and not white hot chocolate. Worst experience ever at that one, they definitely need more people that have been there instead of a bunch of trainees at the same time . Its not fair to the trainees. been going there a couple times a week for almost 2 years but Im debating if Im going back ever, the whole coffee thing was the problem that seriously puts me in the ER almost every time thats why I order drinks it dont have coffee ever in them.

I go to this location every Tuesdayand order the same drinks! They used to be awesome! They new my name by order and were so friendly. I am not sure what happen this last month but its not the same. The last 3 weeks they have messed up my order! The first 2 it was still drinkable for me.... Today I ordered my usual, mocha frappe with toffee nut. What I got was a mocha cookie crumble with no toffee nut. Yuck. I didnt really notice the cookie until I drove away and took a sip because it was dark. It just looked like chocolate syrup. Nowi have a venti drink that I cant drink and no coffee on my busiest day work! Not happy.
Closed at 4PM on. Saturday afternoon, just as we pulled up to the order menu. There should have been someone at the drive thru before we went further. Will not be going back.

As someone who is addicted to Starbucks.ive been a lil disappointment with this location over the past month.. they dont seem to do the orders in order. I do mobile pickup and pay and the wait for my order has been over 20 mins lately. I dont have time to wait this long which is why I do mobile. I know busy season is upon us can we train the staff to make the order as they are ordered and stop skipping the mobile orders or whatever is happening.. im here at least 4 times a week and I prefer to stay a customer and not have to find another Starbucks since this one is less than a mile from me.

My kids usually order since I dont speak Starbucks. The one day they werent with me and I dared enter the drive thru I encountered a nice barista who was excellent at taking my description mixed with my needs and producing a Mochafrappadrinka I was pleased with.. will visit again.

I ordered a latte with no foam and no room at the top. When I picked it up I could tell it wasnt full. And asked if I could get more almond milk. The lady was very kind and heated it up for me, but she was sure there was hardly enough room left. And then she started to pour the almond milk and a 1/4cup+ later she realized it wasnt full. After she scolded me and said that there wasnt any foam and it was all full. Starbucks policy is the customer is always right. Why must you try to belittle the customer. If I pay for 16 oz Im not wrong in asking for 16 oz. This happens over and over at all Starbucks. I did appreciate the sign from the manager and if I lived locally I would definitely sit and have a chat with her.
Didnt realize it takes an hour to make a single drink, like seriously. Sure they said the ice machine was broken, but they also said someone was on the way with ice and so far thats not true at all.
Welcome to N Myrtle Beach STARBUCKS, where your cashier Lindsey is so rude that when you ask for a specific item she just answer you with a resounding NO. It makes me really upset this type of people. Why not say we dont have this but I recommend this🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️. 14 people working on the front, and saw us in there and finally decided to come and take our order. Really bad experience.My salted caramel frappe was good though, dont get me wrong, I just dont like when people dont treat you well.

My wife ordered espresso from here and you could tell that they used used grounds. I put two shots of instant coffee and she said it tasted 1,000% better if that gives you a hint as to how bad it was.
Starbucks at NMBeach is probably the best one Ive been too. Great staff and the coffees they made were on point. Cheetos to those who are a part of that team. Made my vacation even that much more enjoyable!
