My last few deliveries have really upset me They keep delivering my packages to the wrong House an lucky I am good with the people across the street but come on. An sometimes it say delivered an I get it the next day thats not right at all. I just want them to get it together PLEASE!

These guys are tops for helping you get it there. They are friendly and fast. They know the best options for shipping, but they are also are helpful for other office needs like making copies and producing professional quality handouts. They are not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for sometimes.

I was not given a choice for shipping. Package shipped Thursday from Maryland to South Carolina. I realized what the delivery date was initially set as, but then Fedex alerted me that it would be arriving early, on Saturday. I rearranged my work plans in anticipation of the early delivery. FedEx then decided to delay my package and I was told it wouldn’t be here until Tuesday. I spoke with customer service twice. They both did nothing to rectify the error. They said “Unfortunately there is nothing I can do”.Great job FedEx, way to go! You have lost another customer and I will take my art business shipping needs elsewhere. 😡
