I send them LARGE and complicated print projects several times throughout the year and they do an incredible job at fulfilling my order. They clarify when necessary and are eager to help when revisions are necessary. The service simply cant be beat; each and EVERY member of the staff is courteous, helpful, and accommodating.

What a great pleasure to do business with such kind, knowledgeable and friendly customer service spirited people. Being new in MB, we called and visited several places to get real estate closing documents notarized in SC. We found that to be different in SC. After discovering the UPS store on Main Street, it was completed within minutes after entering the door. We were greeted by Ms. Jasmine M with a smile and eagerness to help. She knew exactly what we needed and went to work immediately with minimum instructions. She explained the process and answered all the “stupid questions” with a smile while finishing our request. We were in and out within minutes. Ms. Jasmine was the reason. It is great news to know customer service is not completely dead due to her knowledge and kind spirit to help. I can not say enough about this store!!! Colton is the kindest, patient most helpful employee I have ever worked with!!! I had an issue with needing another shipping label for an item that arrived in two separate boxes. He was very knowledgeable and able to resolve the issue in less then five minutes!! I only use UPS for Amazon returns but I always have amazing service when I’m there. Even when it’s busy, I got the quickest service possible. I am a full-time student and full-time employee so I never have time to in-store shop, therefore, I have Amazon returns more often than the average person! This is definitely my go to UPS

I am visiting SC for winter, and run a small business. We ordered some shipping supplies from Amazon, but then needed to return a few products. Amazon directed me to return the package to a UPS. Even though Amazon has a disclaimer - only put one label on the package - they’ve told me prior in other states (up north and down south), to attach both labels & place their codes inside the box. So I did.When I arrived at the post office, the woman in front of me had a return to Amazon also, and had actually been told by an amazon rep to place both labels on her package. One of the women working explained to her why there can only be one, for proper/accurate tracking, etc. That woman hadn’t secured her package but I had already taped mine and everything. The manager was the woman who took care of me ♥️ and she was a big help. She used a box cutter to take the label off and then scanned both labels just to appease me.I had some questions about shipping some glass ornaments that my business makes & the manager Not only did she explain all of the different options to me, but showed me the box sizes and how I could cut them down to best fit my merchandise. She explained how they can also package it for me in store, & explained that if I started a UPS account, how shipping could be cheaper. Both employees were very pleasant and helpful. I really appreciated learning about the shipping quality cardboard, as the post office only has thin boxes. It’s much appreciated when some of the daunting every day business tasks can go smoothly and when you’re treated the way a customer deserves to be treated! 😊

We urgently needed to have some documents notarized and could not get our bank, BB&T, who wanted the docs notarized to do it for us. So we had to resort to other resources and looked to the UPS Store in North Myrtle. We called in advance to make sure there would be a notary on site along with two witnesses. Kellie the manager confirmed people would be available to assist and during what times. We drove over, everyone was accommodating and we were in and out of the store within 15 minutes!!! THANK YOU!! Youre the best!! You Truly understand what customer service is all about!! The CUSTOMER!!

Ive gone in here frequently and was disappointed today and will be going to another UPS store in the future. The associate that assisted me was so helpful and friendly. The manager however was absolutely rude to me. I needed shredding placed in the bins while I was on the premise. The information was confidential and sensitive. Ive requested this before without a problem. Wow, I was on the receiving end of a really bad attitude. She even asked my reason for the request and if I were a doctor. Although Im not, frankly it wasnt any of her business and the information did contain medical information from clients. Unbelievably rude. You would have thought the business was too busy to help (and it wasnt). Staff of 3 and 3 customers. I gave a 2 star because the associate that assisted me was very helpful and cared.

I use the UPS store twice a week to send documents, print emails and to fax. They are always very helpful and their service is second to none. I trust this location and this company with my sensitive docu ments every week.

Today, I dropped off a handmade wooden hope chest that was made in 1945, to be sent to a family member in California. Amy was so nice and promised to wrap it well and send it on the way. We really appreciate her caring about our beloved box .

Great services very helpful

I had an item to return for amazon. The guy refused to take it even though amazon told him to. They have a contract with amazon to ship items without the original packaging. I have a broken foot and he agued with me as well as amazon. I had to hobble bk to the car go home and find a box and have ups come pick it up.

If you have an Amazon return, do NOT go to this location. While the people working were nice, the store policy for Amazon returns is awful. I didnt have a QR code for scanning but rather a label to print. Their policy is to charge me close to $4 to print the one page label. Thats insane. The Conway location happily printed the label and didnt charge me a dime. Now I understand why this store has such a terrible rating. The owner doesnt care about customers. To be clear, I would have paid $1 if I had to but anything over that is ridiculous. It doesnt cost that much to print one sheet of paper.

I highly recommend the UPS store on Main Street in North Myrtle Beach. They have a friendly, helpful staff that always greet customers with a smile and are willing to help however they can. For me the location is convenient, their customer service is excellent and they offer various services all in one stop. A+++ store.

Well, after waiting 20 minutes I left with my package unsent. I had more patience than multiple people that came in behind me. Only one person working, and apparently no clue of what he was doing. It would be quicker if I just delivered the package from SC to MA myself. Unless you apparently have half a day to waste, dont go in.

Had a bad experience recently. A valuable Christmas present was damaged in transit, and not repairable.After contacting UPS, I learned that The UPS Store is not owned by UPS, but is a franchise that carries the name. When I mailed the package in question, I was informed that I couldnt insure the package for damage, or loss, because it was NOT packaged in their UPS box, which was an additional $16 charge. I have sold and shipped items all over the world via the USPS, and never lost an item, probably because I packed the items to withstand a nuclear blast! But, this time I used the UPS Store because it was conveniently located, and I needed to get this shipped quickly. I guess Im under the false impression that once a package leaves my hands, it becomes the responsibility of the shipper to safely get it to my destination. Somewhere along the line, someone played football with the package, and it was damaged! For that reason, I will no longer ship anything through UPS or their affiliates.

UPDATE: New Ownership! I previously gave this location 1 star, but the ownership has changed and they are and have been wonderful to deal with. This place is completely different than it was before. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and polite. I encourage everyone to give them a try. 5 stars for sure now!

Awesome store. New ownership has come up to speed technically and added many additional employees. Service is outstanding and beyond courteous. It is a real pleasure to get my shipping, marketing material, copying, and mail needs met in one location. Wait times in lines at register are now next to nothing -- even at seasonal peak shipping season-- thanks to additional staff with refreshing attitudes and dedication.

My family and I have recently moved to the area. With any move there are always the complicated and often frustrating exchanges of documents with former service provides. I have visited the NMB UPS store multiple times during the past year and the staff are consistently friendly, patient, and helpful!

Dale and his designer did a great job creating a rack card for our wedding website. It was crisp and said just what we needed and a very reasonable price. I highly recommend The UPS Store North Myrtle Beach for any printing needs.

Every time I go to this location I am told another policy that changed from the time before. Very displeased as they are looking to get more money not helping the customer. Charging $3.50 for a black & white copy is crazy!! These employees are argumentative with customers. This store needs to be closed or at least clean house as this store is horrible!! This store doesn’t display the values or morale that you would experience at another location. Will never step foot in this location

Amazing customer service. Allowed for adequate time when I arrived unprepared(as usual) but helped and made the process 100x’s easier!

They lied to me and told me I could not put my USB stick into the copy machine and print my document. She said she had to do it from behind the counter so she could charge me a service fee. I could have just printed it myself at the copy machine. I don’t appreciate being lied to.

They are speedy, efficient, and I trust them more than USPS if it is valuable cargo.

Excellent Customer Service! Very helpful and friendly. While there I overheard a complaint about a package being held at the Myrtle Beach UPS terminal. The staff explained the situation and provided information on how to resolve the issue. I’m pretty sure the customer was still upset but the complaint was misplaced.I know sometimes UPS doesn’t get it right with home delivery. However, this is The UPS Store which is actually different from UPS the delivery service. I know this because my former address was “undeliverable” due to the way it was listed in the system. This wasn’t the stores fault and since the store is not a UPS terminal my undelivered packages would end up in Myrtle Beach. The UPS terminal doesn’t do printing or the many other services because it is not The UPS Store. My experience with The Store; Great, UPS Delivery; meh.

I have been working with this UPS store since he beginning of February. I have had nothing but positive experiences here. I rented a post office box for my time at the beach since the post office wanted me to rent for 6 months. They send me an email if I have a package and are always smiling!
