They sent a coupon had it at the he house a week drive into town to use it and found out you can only use it on a different date. So wont go there again.

An amazing store, with an even more amazing staff! When I stopped in last, both Caleb & Adam approached me as I was wandering the aisles, & asked if they could help. Caleb helped me find an anchor/hook to hang my uch-loved cuckoo clock safely. These 2 employees were very friendly, smiley, and courteous. I look forward to seeing them again!

Ive been getting plenty of tools lately, its well stocked and costumer friendly, prices are alright. You get discounts if youre a member, nothing wrong with that.

The customer service is good. Very friendly. Prices are very high compared to other stores. Hence the 2 star rating. If it was a rating on just customer service, this store would receive 5 stars!

I went there not sure what I needed to cover my window from my vehicle that would not go up. An older gentleman working came towards me and asked if I needed any help. After telling him the situation he immediately had a solution for me! He was very polite and willing to assist me. My expression on my face with confusion and concern must have been noticable lol. I decided to stop in at Ace Hardware to drop off an envelope to be mailed off. Instead of going to tbe dreadful pist office. As I wait in a terribly long line, I noticed how most employees were dilly dallin and standing around. The floors were fithly and the cashier was overly happy, like he just took some acid or something. The gentleman behind the desk taking packages realy needed some help. He was friendly and polite, howe terribly slow. After about 15 min, I was able to drop off my letter and escape. But before leaving I walked down a couple Isles checking out some things. I noticed I was being watched. At first it didnt bother me a bit, but when this employee followed me almost all the way to my car, I started to become a bit nervous. I didnt buy anything, and I am not a thief. I should have just went to the post office. Ill never ever go back. Hello do it center!

I went to have key made. Out of the style of key needed. Told me come back in two days. I need the key, so had to go to alternate source. Normally Ace has what I need, but usually the price is higher and I go there because its close to home.
