Called ahead to make sure they carried the soft aluminum wire I wanted. After speaking with the associate in the appropriate department, he verified the item was available. I asked very specific questions concerning the application I intended for the wire. I was assured that it would work well. Because of my severe arthritis, I inquired if the wire could be taken directly to the register, which it was. (+1☆) It was very close to closing time and I assured him that I would be there in 5 minutes or less. It only took 3. I should have checked the wire out myself before I left the store and town. But it was right at closing time for the store and, thinking to return the kindness and not delay anyone past quitting time, I just didnt check. And I didnt check it until I got home, 70 miles away. There was no way that the wire I was looking at at home could have been mistaken for the wire I had detailed with my questions. Only an idiot.....Yeah, me, for not checking.

They make a good attempt to be well stocked, competitively priced, and sell quality merchandise. Im thinking the big boxes are gonna do them in though. Retail is a brutal business!

Orschelns is a great store for many things from gardening to pets and farm animals alike!

They now sell Kent Poultry Feed! They also sell Riggs Workwear pants by Wrangler. That I know of, you can not find either of these anywhere else in North Platte. I signed up for the Grow Rewards and saved $5 on my purchase that was over $25. Made me a return customer.

So I really dont know who reads all these but I have not seen one bad review especially with my name on it so just to let u all know I have a really big heart and I would not treat anybody wrongly so anyways I got let go today cuz supposedly I treated a customer badly which I have not been there for at least 3 days I had Friday thru Sunday off and even when I drive all the way from Sutherland to work this morning they said they have to let me go cuz of a customer review now tell me how crazy is that but oh will right I guess the good thing is that I have very supportive husband and mother in law
