Fix your pump payment systems. Keep circling around the gas station to find one that would take my shell credit card. I found two that work with shell credit cards. I dont want to pay inside and wait in your long lines. I use shell regular and diesel. Also, most shells now dont limit you to 20 gallons when you using rewards. They discount the 20 gallons and let you pump more when filling up vehicles more than 20 gallons at any given fill up. And NO it has nothing to do with how long to keep the card inserted. I have no credit card issues at any other shell from Naples to Sarasota.

Doesnt offer top tier fuel. Check out what this means. Been using this gas. Then learned about top tier. Car runs like its 50,000 miles less. Top tier doesnt cost more

This store blows! They are never open for a store that posts open 24hrs. Their hours are random af! There will be several employees standing outside all hours, super random times, but for varies reasons they’re closed. They’re alway rude af too

Cashier here was extremely rude. She didnt speak much more than a mumble to me. I bought my drinks and said Thank you in which I got an eye roll in return. I understand during these times people can be impatient but I expect at least a little courtesy when I am nice to people.

Im being stalked and one of your employee is a part of the gang of stalkers stalking me. I asked her a question and she responded in my native language in ways the stalkers do. It sounds crazy but thats what they want, for me to sound like Im crazy.

This is my neighborhood gas station. They have new credit card readers at the pump and you can use android or apple pay on your phone to pay. They also have gas station TV at the pumps now. They usually have good prices and with the rewards card you get 5 cents a gallon off. I dont typically use the store there but it seems to be well stocked. My one pet peeve is that they dont put more cashiers on ASAP when they have a line at the counter 10 deep!

Use to love the cashiers here... They hired new people and theyre all mean and grumpy. Sucks... Also, apparently they dont check on their expiration dates either... Gross. This bag was expired in December of 18. Always check the dates of things!

Horrible management. They need a new manager asap. I came in with an out of state ID and the store manager Carol would not except it. After showing her my old Florida license which despite the fact its hole punched the word void in it but clearly says Im over 21 she tried to take it away and not give it to me. If you walk in and Carol is working just turn around and walk out because this mentally unhealthy person will try to ruin your day. I wish I never stopped here and did not have the horrific experience of meeting this cretin.

These guys have been very helpful by pumping my gas and grabbing snacks for me while I recuperate from back surgery so I dont need to get out of the car. Great attitude, thank you Jordan.This place also has a big orange mascot of a cat that lives on the ice machine out front... LOL hes been there for over 10 years!

Got gas .Friendly service, good prices . Used cash the line was fast.

Stopped for coffe in the am and i spit it out due to the fact it tasted like chemicals.. meth addict employees dont care either, SAVE YOUR MONEY DONT GET POISONED

Employee Jim is So very rude and I have let this go before this one but just cant get over how much I hate to go THERE and see him in there after this hurricane IRMA has had such an impact ...Jim was so rude when I said hows it going he said I dont see why people are out at night ..Rude it was 1240am and your open 24 hours So Jim Complain to your boss that is paying you ..You always bring me down when ever I walk in there ...Mind you over 10 years now and you make me full of negative vibes hope you leave a job that pays you for hating TO Be THERE
