To previous comment: I understand as a customer it sounds so simple to just validate a $20 winning scratch-off. However, maybe this employee actually did not have the money in the lottery register at the time. As the lottery and regular registers are completely separate drawers. This person you speak of may not have access to the safe(s) where the lottery reserve is stored. As far as the cops being called, I have no idea on what happen cause I wasnt there. Finally, instead of lashing out, how about putting yourself in their shoes. What would you do if you have little to no money in a lottery register, no access to the lottery reserve, and a customer (lets say) that was being belligerent over a $20 scratch-off?Almost forgot, if this said customer want it $20 worth of gas but already pumped $20 already. How do we know that the ticket wasnt already validated prior? If they wanted another $20 worth of gas maybe they should have done that in one complete transaction and got $40 OR maybe went to another gas station if she couldnt complete the second half of the transaction. A lot of missing pieces of important information.
No gas station should be this small. ESPECIALLY one run by a grocery store.
Everytime I come to this store the same lady wants to ID me..I come everyday. Im starting to think she has amnesia either that or shes messing with me because she knows I dont bring it in because Im hoping that after the fiffty millionth time of seeing me she would remember me. Its annoying. And Im pretty sure Im older than her.
Very friendly staff
