New pumps don’t work. The clerk in charge, Angela, is rude and annoying. Told the guy in front of me to go somewhere else because she was outside having a smoke. Pathetic

Regular weekend customer since Marathon opened YEARS AGO. Mickey Mart cleaned up this place and made it theirs. The previous owners were really friendly but I feel this store is built on honesty and friendliness. Inventory of my cigs depleted so I dont buy them here. Parliament Lights and No longer carry my brand of beer.My mom, who is 86, sometimes wont have to walk all the way inside with her crutches & shaky legs. They see her with the $20s she always prepays with and saves her a lot of time, energy, effort walking inside. Mickey Mart has had some bad apples but since been removed.I noticed a new store manager as well as new staff. Seen manager once. Didnt talk much to me. John & Nicole are amazing and look out for their customers. Kim is doing an awesome job; I met her twice and she helped me find some beer for my husband i couldnt find while he was watching the browns game we recorded earlier in the day to watch in the evening.I dont go in mornings cant tell how everyone is. Kim is extremely helpful and so is Nicole. John is a superb multitasker and so is Nicole. Kim, John, & Nicole develop great CPRs. I get treatment like a queen depending whos working. Savannah is nice and she gets people out efficiently. She makes conversation and some CPR.When Together are great team if I see any of them together in a blue moon. Sometimes they seem understaffed. Mostly 1 person all the time at night at least.Mostly see the night people.They all work so hard Im sure.New hours for the winter. Posted hours are in a window not on a door. Put on door so we night owls know you close earlier. Or make more visible/ colored (eye-catching).Store and staff are well groomed and tidy. Bathrooms are kept A LOT NICER THAN MARATHON, thats forsure. Employees give a dang about cleanliness yay.- K.D.
