Very fast with the quote and great with all my questions, ordered my door and just got it installed today. Only took about 3 hours.

The entire process was seamless. Several days back, I called multiple local companies to ask for quotes on either a repair or replacement for a new garage door opener system, and potentially a new door. Steve at All Around was simply amazing when I called. Even though I was just a phone call, he spent a solid 15 minutes with me on the phone, answering all of my questions, and asking many questions in turn to help create a good quality quote. Customer service was ok with the other companies, but All Around really shone right off the bat.Steve came out a few days later to take a look and take some measurements. Despite the oldness of my system, he still attempted a repair in case on was feasible. Ultimately the motor was beyond repair, and he did suggest a new system and we did opt for the new door as well.A few days later, the installer came out and completed the job in less than 4 hours! He was super friendly, efficient, courteous, and explained everything clearly. I was pleasantly surprised how easy everything was, and our new door looks and sounds amazing. And there was never any attempt to upsell, no ambiguity with the price, and I paid to the penny what I was quoted originally.I will certainly recommend All Around to anyone who needs garage door service. While I know there are a few other good companies out there as well that offer good service, I was really happy that All Around really seems to take their customer service as seriously as they do. And quality is great. Certainly a top-notch company in my opinion.

1/18/21We have used All Around Door & Gate twice. The first time was a couple of years ago when they put in a garage door opener for us. The second time was today when we unexpectedly needed a new garage door.They are professional, kind, and prompt. They provided us with same day service today so we wouldnt be without a working garage door. The employee that installed it was great. He cleaned up the garage perfectly before he left. We really appreciate their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Steve and All Around Door and Gate were amazing. They came out with all the samples and we told them our needs and recommended the perfect door and opener combination. I could not believe how quite the belt drive is. I would highly recommend them to anybody!!!

Outstanding service and products. Had to replace springs on garage door from action doors. Found out for that weight of door the springs were undersized leading to premature failure. This is why I had to have Action door replace them in the 1st 2 years. Steve Mazur had the proper sized springs in stock. Installed with no issues. I recommend Steve and his team highly. They provide a great honest service.

I had some communication back and forth with Steve before I decided to hire All Around Door. He responded very quickly with the information I requested. I had a special order door that was scheduled and came in on time. I had the garage door and side man door replaced along with the back door. I knew the back door install was going to be an issue with rotted wood. Steve breezed right through it, replaced what was needed. The two of them cleaned up all work areas and were very professional the entire time. Steve was very concerned that I was 100% satisfied when they completed each door. Placed a call in the morning to have them come out and look at my garage door it was able to fix it right on the spot later that afternoon the service man showed up explain to me what he had to do got it done and was out the door reasonably priced excellent communication highly recommend

Well i was hesitant to hire anyone to work on my garage door after having a bad expierience with action door... but finally hired these guys n man i cant express how much better all around door is everything went great steve really went the extra mile helping me decide on the style door i wanted to put in response time is immediate the guy he sent was extremely fast and did a great job cleaning up and he even realigned my siding with my Foundation!!!!! More than happy thankyou steve!!!

I had a Allstar garage door opener that was acting up, making noises, etc. I found Steves name from Angies list, and called to have it replaced with a brand new LiftMaster, and it works terrific!!!! Very quiet belt drive! He was out in 1.5 hours and we are now assured no more garage door opener issues!

We have used All Around Door & Gate for 13 years. They always respond quickly & have excellent prices! The technician explains what needs repaired, why and gives and estimate. Once the repair is complete he checked to make sure everything was in working order, greased up all the moving parts & cleaned up the area. Very professional, friendly & timely. Highly recommend!

Busted Garage Door Spring. We have an antique door, built in the 60s, solid wood and impossible to move without a spring. Rather than let us spend too much time with lawnmower trapped in the garage, Jacob came out fixed it quickly, put in quality springs, and the whole job was a couple hundred less bucks than some of the competitors I called.Thanks Jacob, now I have to cut the grass

In March 2016 the spring broke on our garage door. Steve came out the next day, on a Sunday, and got it taken care of for us. He provided prompt service with a smile on a weekend, when most companies would make you wait until the next business day. The price was also very good. There was no up charge for it being a weekend service call either.I highly recommend All Around Door.

All Around Gate recently did a job for me where they installed a solar panel to power a gate opener, and did an excellent job -- actually fabricating a mounting for the solar panel (on the site) when the factory-built mounting didnt work out.Steve, the owner, has fixed my gate on at least a couple occasions, once working through driving rain in order to finish the work and not leave me stranded. I cant recommend this company highly enough.

I had my garage door opener replaced by All Around Door and Gate . The technician was Brad . I would use them again and highly recommend this company. Brad was efficient, prompt,and polite. Does not stay open past 5 so average customer can actually do business without taking time off work. Website says open until 4:30 so I took time off to discuss my door problem. Getting there at 2:00 to find doors locked, no note on door as to why, no one there and no one answering phone. Now their competition will get my business. Poor business practice.

Great service even better prices. Called in the am for a broken spring and they were out 1/2 hour later. Very professional and freindly. The teck did his job quickly And was very neat. The teck did a full inspection of the door and all moving parts did not try to over sell me on anything made recommendations on what may need to replaced in the future. When I need anything for my garage door They are the ONLY ones I will be calling.

Our TorqueMaster broke late last night, so first thing this morning I called around for quotes. Steve at All Around Door & Gate was recommended by a neighbor and they ended up being the best deal with a Lifetime Warranty on the spring of our new torsion spring system they installed. The technician, Jacob, was out within an hour, and the conversion was completed before 1pm. Jacob was very polite and recommended oiling the door/spring each year to keep it running smoothly. All Arounds speedy and friendly service were huge, considering our busy family schedule with our vehicles trapped in the garage! I would definitely recommend them, and would use them again in the future.

The mechanism which locks the door onto the screw broke and door couldnt be opened. Steve came out within 24 hours with parts and had it fixed in no time. Great service!

All Around Door came out to fix a keypad that they installed. They took the bad part out of the keypad and switched it to another part of the system, which of course broke the other keypad immediately. I called and left a message, which was not returned. A full MONTH later, All Around Door has still not returned my call, meanwhile my customers, mailman & delivery services are literally getting stuck inside the gate and CANNOT get out. So, I call again- finally I get Steve on phone and he tells me what his guy did with the bad part, that theyll be out to fix it a week later and need to order the keypad. A week after that, there is still no sign of All Around Door, but I assumed the delay is because they are waiting on the part to come in, and I decide to just be patient... Then, the secretary actually calls me and wants to know why I havent paid for the incompetent service that broke my keypad!! I get Steve on the phone again and he says that he has not even ordered the other part yet. You are kidding me. I ask him why, and why we did not get a call back for over a month when he knew he made a bad mistake switching bad parts. Steves reply was why dont you use another company? We will, and so should you. This is ridiculous. If you choose to use them, make sure you document their time, because this bad service call took less than their 1/2 hour minimum, but they billed me for a full hour.
