Called to get an estimate on a tune-up for a 2 car garage door. Was given the amount of a service fee to send someone out for an assessment and told they could send someone out same day. Ordinarily I would say this is great, however when I told the representative on the phone that I am currently calling a few places to get quotes and would like to hold off on scheduling at this moment, I was promptly hung up on with not so much as a goodbye. I can tell you they are immediately out of the running.

Our garage door went off track and I called Buddy Garage Door Repair North Ridgeville. Their team was very knowledgeable and the cost was quiet reasonable. Would highly recommend and use them again.
