Excellent customer service! Was greeted promptly after walking in. Broke my phone and was looking for an upgrade. Ended up getting the S10. Wonderful phone. April was very knowledgeable with the current promotions and gave me tons of options to choose from. Never got this kind of service at an AT&T store before. Was very impressed. I highly recommend anyone looking for any sort of help to visit this store. Welcoming environment and very clean. You wont regret it!

Today I stopped in the AT&T store in North Tonawanda as I was eligible for an upgrade on my phone and wanted to add my wife on my phone plan. Employees Matthew and April were there to help us. They explained every option we had and what phones we could get. Both Matthew and April were very friendly and helpful. We also had our 5 year old daughter with us. They were very accommodating with her also. They gave her a ball to play with and put the TV on Disney channel to occupy her as well as talking to our daughter and being friendly with her. I was very impressed with the service they provided to us. If more people in customer service approached their job like Matthew and April those individuals would be more successful. They deserve more then a five star review. Thank you Matthew and April!

That store manager Sachin has no idea what he’s doing and is always clueless. I hate going their to get at&t issues resolved. Many community members of North Tonawanda aren’t fan of that location either. It doesn’t help that the place smells like marijuana when you go in. Not professional and wouldn’t recommend. Take the time and go to a real store. It’ll save you headaches

The manager at this store was wonderful!! He helped us so much. He wanted to give us the deal we were looking for, because we had gone to another location before this and were given the wrong information and not very good service! I feel bad though, the poor guy is running the store by himself, and he really deserves some help in there!
