Just spoke with Derek again..what excellent service he provides!! They always answer their phone whereas I cannot ever get other stores to answer or call back.and now the voice mail is full. Bravo NT and Derek for a job well done!! ☺

Had an issue with my internet service and Jordan was incredibly helpful. He was attentive and went as far as to help me get into another account I was locked out of to show him something. This will be the only TMobile store I ever go into because of that customer service. 🙂

Julius (& the rest of staff) is always extremely helpful and honest with us. He takes the time to explain plans, phones, etc and you never feel like youre being rushed out the door when he takes care of you. We appreciate that honesty when it comes to any business but especially a cell phone carrier.

We have been loyal Verizon customers for MANY years. When starting a business, we contacted them and they were no help so we decided it might be time to look into someone new. After a lot of research, we decided on T-Mobile. After reaching out to the store closest to us, we were left with a bad taste but decided to call the next nearest and SUPER happy that we did. Julius was amazing from the phone call to the visit to the store! We were there for two hours (my fault because I had the beta software in my old iPhone) getting everything switched over and he was helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. I HIGHLY recommend Julius and this store to anyone looking for service!! Thank you!

After years with a different carrier, l moved and decided to look into a new plan with T Mobile. I was immediately greeted and was shown a model that suited my needs. Julius was patient, calm and efficiently took care of the transition. I have been extremely pleased and had to visit a because my phone did not work correctly. It turned out not to be an issue with the phone but the cell tower nearby. Thank you Julius and Alex, you were so patient in helping me with my issue!

Went in to switch phone providers on four phone lines. The guys working were happy to help get me some free phones that are decent quality and one was for me ma all the way in idaho without issue, he called the local store there and took care of everything. So far so good, go check em out. Btw my 5G phone is pretty sweet, have had 5G signal the whole time.

Do all my t-mobile business in the North Tonawanda site. Absolutely great staff & Julius is amazing !! Everyone there are great with solving problems and they are so polite. Being technologically inefficient, Julius is the best with meeting all the issues I encounter. Kudos to staff & wonderful management !

From the second I walked into the NT T-Mobile, Brent & David were AWESOME!! Brent really went above and beyond to help figure out the best options for my circumstances. He was very knowledgeable & helpful. But most of all he was extremely patient. (even though I took up most of his afternoon). He answered every question & addressed every concern I had until I was comfortable with my decisions. He even offered solutions & incentives to help make those decisions easier. I was Very pleased with my experience and would recommend them to everyone.

Ive been going to this Specific store for ... Idk 3 or 4 PHONES now! HA. I cant say enough good things about the store and obviously the workers. Especially the Manager!! He knows who he is. ALWAYS Has a solution for any type of situation. I highly recommend

Julius is the absolute best.....I love T-mobile...not only is the service great but people like Julius make it so much better. Went to T Mobile today in North Tonawanda just to get pricing and ended up buying 2 new iPhones. We dealt with Matt and Julius and they were 2 of the nicest guys ever. I recently switch 4 phones from Sprint to here. They made the process very easy, answered all my questions, and found several discounts to save money on my bill . Im now saving $200+ a month for the same services I had before when I was paying $500+. Very helpful crew unlike the rude people at Sprint. When my phone froze up (my fault), took it to them and with in a few seconds they got it back up & going.

My boyfriend and I went into the North Tonawanda location to get put on a new phone plan. David Grayson helped set us up and did so in a very pleasurable manor. I would definitely go back to him for any future purchases or help we may need.

My favorite T-Mobile store to go to in the area! They saved me a ridiculous amount of money from what I used to pay with Verizon, and my 4G internet is faster too. Everyone who works there actually wants to help you. It doesnt feel like you are bothering them like at some other stores.

The store manager was exceptionally helpful and knowledgable...with no sales pressure to purchase accessories and services I did not want. I would absolutely recommend this T-Mobile store for your cell phone needs.
