Tony is great. He’s been my mechanic for 16 years. I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else

This is why small businesses need to be supported! I called but they were busy and didn’t pick up. So what did Tony do...? He called me back!!Then, he squeezed me in to get a flat tire repaired...and he and his mechanic were super friendly in the process.They do all mechanical work on all cars, so I encourage you to support them!Other businesses really could learn from the way Tony runs this business. Kudos Tony!

Tony is the best of the best! The second time I called for an appointment for service on my car, he recognized my voice and knew who I was. Customer relationship and customer satisfaction are extremely important to him. He takes time to explain the issues and always goes through your options. I never feel like I am being ripped off.

If you want honest, affordable and high quality work then you need to talk to Tony. The whole family takes our cars to NCC and we are consistently pleased by the services provided. Complete transparency through the whole process and absolutely no nonsense. If something doesnt need to be fixed right away he will let you know as opposed to taking advantage for a quick buck. If I ever move I would drive over state lines to have my car serviced by Tony and his crew. Really couldnt say enough positive things about NCC.

First time and it definitely wont be the last! EVERYONE was so professional. I took 10 business cards for the office, then I got back an told the folks want a great place, everyone wanted one, I should have taken more :) It hard to find a honest, reliable mechanic and if you do your luck, Tony and his crew are the real thing.

Tony has taken care of all our family cars for almost ten years now. I cannot recommend him enough and am so grateful to have a mechanic I can trust and consistently goes above and beyond. One particular story comes to mind... Years ago, with my three young children, I got a flat tire on the side of the road. I called him to make sure I could have the car towed to him, because there seemed to be some damage. His first response was Are you and the kids safe? Do you want me to come pick you up? That is the type of wonderful person he is! He is incredibly thorough and really is the best mechanic!

Tony is a good guy, I had gone there months back for a wiper switch that had to get replaced. Unfortunately I had supplied the wrong part. Tony and his team still took the time to call out and find me the exact part. We got the job done and TODAY 4/12/21 my car ran out of gas directly in front of his shop !!!! He recognized me and I asked him for a ride to the nearest gas station. No hesitation, he went out of the office a few minutes before closing to help me out !!!!! THANK YOU

I spent some time searching and reading reviews for local places, for an oil change. Despite it being later in the day, these guys took care of me instantaneously. My baby(car) feels, like it did, 1st day I drove it off the lot. Tony is reliable and does anything to save his customers money. He might be the only trusted mechanic I have ever met in my life. Today the total, on the work he had to perform to get my car back in working order, was around 1500$. He was able to save me 1400$!! He even saved me the trouble of paying my deductible through the the CARMAX insurance!! He absolutely has his customers best interest in mind!!

Tony and his mechanics always do an excellent job on my vehicles. He has done work on my personal car and 3 work vehicles.....and my boat. My car and vans are 2005, my boat is 2004 and they all run perfectly. He has undoubtedly saved me thousands of dollars on repairs.

Tony quickly diagnosed a repair on my car that all the big box repair shops (NTB, Sears, Meineke, etc.) failed to do and wanted to charge me for guesswork and unnecessary repairs. His quality workmanship is far superior compared to the inexperienced labor you get at those retailers. And the best part is his hourly labor rate is 1/2 of what anyone else charges. Tony Hamad is back!!! He owned Northboro BP in the center of town and is now owner of Northboro Car Care at Jamn Auto Sales next to Chets. Just got an alternator replaced there. Left car in the morning and got it back in the afternoon.Perfect as always.Tony is honest and looks to save me money whenever he can.He has helped out my daughter on a number of occasions too.Tony is a good guy. Im glad BP didnt shut him out of Northboro for too long.
