My son and daughter in law hit a chunk of concrete and it took out their radiator on their way to Maine from Michigan. Since we live 800 miles away, I am so thankful that Moe’s fixed it and got them on the road again. They were so nice to me and them when we called and went out of their way to make them top priority. Thanks so much for taking care of our kids!! There are still honest and reliable mechanics and you would have all our business buuut the drive is a little much. 😜

As I get older and prefer to not perform my own auto repair work, I look for a team that treats me well and they do just that. I could not be more happy with their track record and quality work. MA State inspection: The gentlemen at Moe’s were kind and efficient. I was expecting a long wait at the end of the month for an inspection but they were very quick and professional. Facility was clean and well maintained and comfortable waiting room.

Good prices, great work! Been going here for several years and have not been disappointed. My wife works about 0.2 miles away which is great because we drop it off in the morning and pick up up at the end of the day. They can work on it whenever it fits in their schedule. They always call me before doing any service and discuss it with me and the estimated cost. They stand behind their work.

Seriously? Two flat repairs drivers side and this is how they set air pressure. Come on folks. This isnt rocket science.

I went there for vehicle inspection and was told to replace the tires. They charged me 620 dollars (excluding alignment) for mastercraft srt 205/65R16 (4 tires).the actual cost of these tires are not more than 300 d0llars.they are ripping off of hard working people. Stay away from this shop for any auto service.

These people are not knowledgeable about high performance cars. I brought my brand new 2021 ZL1 1LE Camaro for inspection and they told me my tires were old. They wouldnt give me an inspection sticker. This car is a track car, brand new stock right out of the factory With less than 400 miles on it they are trying to tell me I put old tires on my car. Ignorant and not knowledgeable. DO NOT bring your car here. Clearly.....only good if your driving a Subaru or a hyundai. Little more education boys!

Also known as Moes, this newly built building is big, bright and CLEAN - something hard to find in service station waiting room these days! I didnt feel uncomfortable sitting down, worried that my clothes would get dirty or that Id smell of oil for the rest of the day. It was easy to get a convenient appointment and the gentleman at the desk was friendly. Prices are comparable to other small garages. They even have a charging station for all kinds of devices while you wait.

Worst experience ever. Brought my car in for an inspection and was told it would fail if did not replace bulb and some brake noise. Was told it would cost $50 to replace a tiny bulb and the would need to check the brake to see what is going. It cost $99 to just look into the brake noise. I took my car elsewhere and they told me there was nothing wrong with the brake and the light bulb was only $5 elsewhere. Avoid this place if possible,they will try to scam you whenever possible and charges way too much for repair. The workers were also very rude.

I wanted to support my local business and wanted to give Moes a try. I took my car there because I wanted to have my front brakes done. I told the guy I wanted pads and rotors for the front and before I even told him what type of car I had he said $600. I said I’ve had brakes done on this car many time before and it’s never been that much. He told me I had to do calipers, rotors, and pads. I wish he just told the truth and said we are to busy to do a job like that instead of just shooting off a high price in a rude manner. I took my car to BobbyT at the Sunoco at the center of town and $200 later everything was done! Check Bobby first. It may not be as fancy looking as Moes but the quality and professionalism is a place I’d give my business to. I have sent 3 other people to Bobby and all were very happy!

I have been going to them for 4 years. The 2 brothers used to be very reasonable and flexible but not any more. Now it is hard to get a decent repair or inspection done. I wouldnt recommend them anymore.

I went in for a state inspection. The gentleman was extremely rude and short with me, failing to adequately communicate whether or not I would be waiting inside or in my car ( Ive had inspections where Ive been told to stay in the car.) The man made a snippy remark about me being distracted by my phone did you get distracted by your phone, because Im going to need you to get out of the vehicle if you want me to inspect it. He had a horrible attitude. I work in customer service and am very tolerant of moody people, but this man was extremely unprofessional. All it wouldve taken to make the experience more positive wouldve been a 1 minute blurb telling me to park the vehicle and wait inside until they were finished. Instead it was a poor experience and I felt incredibly disrespected and spoken down to. Do NOT recommend this place. I wont be back.

Moes is OK. They serviced my car quickly, but diagnosed my problem incorrectly. Their location and service is good, but the end result of me going here instead of paying a tow truck was likely not worth it.I had a serp belt fail, and took it to Moes. I stressed to the front desk that there was coolant sprayed throughout my engine bay, and that I was worried I had a coolant leak.Moes diagnosis was that 2 pulley with give caused the belt to fail, but that they really werent sure. They couldnt find any coolant leaks but told me to keep an eye on it.Within a week my engine coolant had all leaked out. Subaru Dealer took a look and said I had a hole in my radiator. An argument ensued over the cause of the expensive repair. When I posted my situation on a mechanics forum, over half the responses thought the most likely cause of the belt failure was the coolant spraying onto the belt from the punctured radiator. Something off the road had likely bounced up and hit my radiator at highway speeds.Moes got my car working again, but Subaru of Americas position is that they charged me unnecessarily for pulleys. while thats an argument no one can ever prove or disprove at this point, Moes definitely didnt root cause my car troubles correctly.

I took my car to two other places complaining about road noise (only because 1 was across the street from my house and the other was where I bought my tires) and neither of them could figure out the problem. I brought the car to Northboro automotive for an inspection sticker and Amin identified the problem while backing the car out of the inspection bay! I brought it back the next day and now the car runs perfectly, Im very happy!
