This location is great! Even when busy, the employees are pleasant and keep things moving along. They are very knowledgeable about their products and WILLING TO EXPLAIN in detail so that even I can understand and make good choices concerning products and services. I have never had an unpleasant experience here. Thanks!

The employees here were very helpful. I went in expecting the normal experience of dealing with a wireless carrier and was pleasantly surprised at the quick and kind service I received. I switched network providers, ported my number, and was out the door in 20 minutes.

Use to go to a different location but after the great service here I will definetly make this the home office location for my family

Ive been Ive been with Metro for 6 years and I went into the store and I mean straight garbage they was talkin the person working at the counter searched out the phone I explain to him the phone did not drop he searched out and found one little nothing

Customer service is awful! Never have service and they never know whats wrong with your phone.
