It’s Sunday 12/27 time 12:21 store is suppose to open at noon I been here 30 mins before opening time it’s 21 minutes after no one here to open the store . There is no number to contact . There was 5 people waiting . This is very unprofessional. And not how you operate a business . I won’t be back . I give it zero stars if I could .

So I guess opening on time isnt a thing here!!! Pretty sad way to run the store! If the hours say you open at noon then open at noon!!!

I came into the store today to pay my bill. I was not greeted or given any acknowledgement or given any instructions. I walked up to several employees standing around and said I would like to pay my bill, and asked if I could do that . I was rudely told yeah I can do that but I have to wait. Ok that’s fine, I don’t mind waiting, but a simple greeting or acknowledgement would have been appreciated. The store manager jumped in and was very respectful and handled the situation. Jared, thank you for being professional. Your other employees need help with their communication skills before too many more customers have a negative experience.

Really awful experience here. We walked in planning to upgrade my phone and it took about 15 minutes before we were even greeted. Then once we finally talked to someone the other employee wouldn’t stop interrupting our conversation to ask if he would go somewhere for her on his break. The employee we were talking to didn’t seem to care at all about our sale and just kept backing up towards the back room to take his break I assume. If he didn’t have time to help us he shouldn’t have asked what we were looking for. We left the store empty handed and extremely disappointed.

I had a great experience with the employees there they were very knowledgable and showed me the phones I wanted to look at. They reviewed my account and I walked out with a bag full of goodies. I will definitely recommend this stores to my friends and family and if your reading this you too!
