The ladies here are amazing! They were able to lower my bill and get me a new phone.. I worked with someone named Jackie and was great. She was able to answer all my questions and concerns.

Was looking to upgrade one of my phones, and was pleased at the service! The store rep was knowledgeable and got me just what I wanted!

Stood in line, waiting to be waited on for some 15 to 20 minutes, along with 5 others, then I finally got my turn and was told that I had to call the customer service number because she couldnt help me. Customer service is really lacking. It took 3 phone calls and 2 visits to the store Before, IT was finally corrected. Thank you Customer Service.

Justin is great at his job. I liked how he was with a confused old lady. She wasnt the kindest person but Justin was. I just went in to pay my bill. Lol.

Not open, the web says open 12 to 6, the sign on the door says 12 to 6Drove 15 miles and they are closed

Chelsea was great and able to switch my phone from tmobile to AT&T in about 15 minutes. When I went back to the store the next day after experiencing horrible signal and numerous dropped calls including calls to AT&T customer service I had the displeasure of dealing with an associate named Nick. He was unpleasant, unhelpful, and combative.

The stores I’ve gone too are great at helping. The company itself is criminal. Hands down shadiest billing and the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had. Do not chose them.

The guy who helped us was very, very kind and helpful and we did not have to wait as long like in other stores.

Awesome store.. not all the wait time and crowds of the other stores. The reps that help me are all knowledgeable, and like to help people. The manager is great, and dresses like someone out of GQ.

Do not return anything to this store they Do Not communicate with AT&T costumer service. It has been 2 months now they are still charging for the NOTE 7 which was recalled! No communication, The sales people will not allow you to talk with a supervisor or manager ! Yet they call you and tell you that you have to handle it yourself with costumer service. Costumer service said the store did not report it returned. .AT&T has yet to do their job. And remove the charges. This is a fare warning! I was a customer of AT&T for over 16 years. No LONGER!

The most knowledgeable ATT employees Ive ever encountered in any store! They have helped me numerous times with my phone and tablet. Whenever I want to upgrade, I go here!

Beau at this store was extremely helpful and very polite to someone who is technologically challenged. My new iphone had a glitch in it which prevented it from operating correctly including my electronic ears which are iphone controlled. Not only did he get my phone working correctly but he got my application for my ears working correctly AND he did not make me feel like an idiot which so many tech people do. Kudos to Beau! If you need a new phone or help with your old one, call and be sure Beau is working.

Customer service is outstanding

I got Directv Now from this location and i love it! I can stream it from anywhere on my phone data free and stream to my tv with my fire stick.

Doesnt have a large selection of devices like they use to, BUT, the people that work here are knowledgeable, and eager to help. Class act staff worth the visit.

This is the best AT&T Store in Alabama!! Very friendly and helpful employees. And its right next to an ABC Liquor Store!!!

I HATE AT&T employees....William ordered a iPhone se for me. I had called for 2 days asking if was there, so they knew how bad I needed it. Finally arrrives, tell them Im coming to get it. They close at 7 or at least theyre supposed to, I had already cleared everything out of my phone did complete phone erase and reset, I get there at 6:45 and the place is. CLOSED!!!!! I HATE at&t if I could get service somewhere else where I live Id be with them. I have paid att well over 10 grand in the last 10 years easily. Why cant they afford to get some kind of customer service. They take your money and then say hey....figure it out heres an 800 number. I cant believe they closed early when they knew I was coming and had told them numerous times. The att in Northport Alabama by Walmart and in the dollar tree shopping center
