Best buying experience I’ve ever had and my sales person mrs Michael was absolutely amazing and I got a great deal didn’t spend more money that I planned

Eriq was great! I told him a little about what I wanted and he helped get exactly what I was looking for. The entire experience was good. There was a tiny issue after getting home and he helped to resolve it.

Love this Spiller location and their helpful and enthusiastic staff. Every experience I’ve had here has been nothing but pleasant. They always have an excellent selection available and super easy to finance through! The staff at spillers make you feel like family!

Very disappointed in this location, I would give it negative five stars if I could. I moved here a couple of years ago from Prattville Alabama and loved the Spiller Furniture there. I came to Northport the total opposite. When I picked the furniture in the store I specifically told the sale person I did Not want the display bed because I can see the scratches and marks. Sure enough the delivery guys were late and rushing and I noticed the same marks from the display bed at the store. I immediately called and told them I paid for a new bed not the used bed from the floor. They apologized and brought out the new bed in the box. I had a 15 month contract and on the 9th month I was behind on a payment that I did not know due to me traveling alot and not getting my mail on time. I did not receive any calls but I did come home over the weekend to a threatening letter on my door like they are Rent-a-Center and had the nerve to put Sherrif Office can enter home to retrieve merchandise (like they are Rent-A-Center) I was so surprised that they are doing business this way. This is not 1980 and very bad business over a missed payment. I will never purchase from this Spiller location ever again. My advise is to take some customer service lessons from the Prattville Alabama Location where they Appreciate their customers and do Not treat them like a repo yard or some sort of Pawn Shop Loan Shark. Buyer Beware!
