Big lots has got good furniture, that dont fall apart and the sectional, and recliner we have purchased there is fantastic! Its been a year and sectional still looks the same as the day we bought it. Recliner is still looking marvelous and my husband loves his chair.

A lot of good deals just make sure you give yourself time to look because you will find a lot of items to choose from and you dont want to be rushed

Staff is friendly. Clean. Well stocked shelves. Located next to Tractor Supply Co. in the old Food Max location.

Couches and chairs seem overpriced, but maybe thats me. A guy in the back was welcoming and helpful. He came to us, asked if we needed anything, helped us find an item, offered to get us a cart, and even though we said we were okay, he still brought a cart, which did come in handy. The cashier did not try to help move the boxed item we had to find the code to scan. She just said she couldnt see it and waited for me to pick it up for her. She was nice other than that, though.

Always find too many good deals, not enough spending money

Went in today to pick up several items. The help at that store is pathetic. Left and went elsewhere and spent my money. Rude staff when asking where something was. Unacceptable.

Why I have been in there several times trying to get a dresser set and all they have is the display because they dont know when they will get anything in this time i chose between 3 different ones with no luck

Went in to look for a chest of drawers for my daughter in college. She needs 5 + drawers. Y’all not long. They had several to choose from, from around $159 to $500. They do have a lot more furniture now days than they used to. We didn’t find exactly what we were looking for this time. We also looked at desk chairs and a chair for her room to put in the corner for a friend to sit in or her MImi to sit in while she visits. We found a cute upholstered blue and gold paisley design chair for $79 that may work. We will take a picture to see if she likes it.

Found a vaccum cleaner. Was priced wrong cashier did not attempt to check the price nor did she offer to speak with manager on price listed on vaccum cleaner

Went yesterday with my wife picked up a lots of stuff there for christmas. They had some stuff by one get one free saved with discounts and coupons almost $30.00 on what we got.

The store was clean and well organized. Employees all seemed nice and helpful. The store is large and offers a wide variety of products. There are a lot of options of toys, foods, leashes, and accessories for dogs and cats ! The patio furniture is decently priced and there are so many options. A lot of items are priced at $5, which is good for some items but a little steep for others. Overall, I had a good experience !

Always able to get odd finds.

I had a very sweet lady that helped me find just what I needed. I wish I had gotten her name. I know she has 2 yorkies and had a lot of compassion for the loss of my little dog. She was great.

They have a limited supply on cleaning supplies. They have some of the same items available but placed in different areas of store. Unorganized.

Terrible hygienic practices despite signage tauting the contrary. Management could care less. Avoid if you value your health.

I like big some for the most of the time when i go in big lots i can npt fine with i need. But the worker are very nice..

I was able to get multiple items today including blue ray/ DVDs, Tide laundry detergent, K-cup coffee boxes, and several Sterilte-style storage containers - all at very reasonable prices. And I had a coupon for even more savings. I am a really big fan of the specialty items at Big Lots for the outdoors and patio which often times are very different than the big box rsetailers. Great store, great prices, nice customer service!

It was against my better judgement to give less than one star, but that was the lowest choice available. The check-out lady was rude and rushed me through the line and she didnt help me with my bags which I had just bought. You could look at me and see that I could use a little help. I do not need Big Lots in Northport Alabama any more. Do not go there. Thank you.

Nice clean store I went to while visiting in area. I found most of what I was looking for. The staff was friendly. Had to drive from east side of Tuscaloosa to get to it though.

I love this store and hate it is all the way in northport after the tornado a few years ago seeing as i live in cottondale.

Take your time while shopping. They have some good bargains if you take your time and look for them.

This Big Lots is a big store and is clean. Employees were nice.

I always find what I am looking for.

It is hit or miss when shopping here as sometimes repeat finds are not possible. But today all the workers were very nice and we found an unexpected bonus finding something we needed.

Biglots is the place to go when you need something, dont have a lot of money to spend on it, and dont particularly care about the quality of said item. However, we bought a refurbished Dyson at Biglots 13 years ago and its still sucking as hard as it ever did.

Sometimes you can get good deals, but you need to price check because you can get most things at Walmart for less same products. Big lots will price match. Check dates on food items, sometimes out of date or close to it.

Went in looking for a tent or outdoor umbrella for the lake. Found a tent for with the price of 29.99, got to the register and it was $10.00!!!

This store is a joke! Even when they have a lot of good stuff its still not fairly priced.
