RATS, RATS, and RATS EVERYWHERE DO NOT RENT HERE!! All my belongings are damaged with FECES !!! THE RATS HAVE CHEWED THROUGH EVERYTHING NO I DID NOT HAVE FOOD IN MY STORAGE ROOM !!! ALSO THEY WILL SET UP AN AUTOPAY WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION AND CALL YOU A LIAR !!! Bad business and very unprofessional!! This is NOT a Gated storage !!! The good reviews are written by employees to make them look good!

Its a storage unit, I pay the rent and I get to store stuff. The only thing is that I would suggest is bathroom access and a dumpster. After having my storage in the unit for over 2 years, there are things that are broken or arent in good shape anymore.

Have nothing but good things to stay about the owners and management of Adequate. Any time that I have had a question or concern they have been there to help me. I wouldnt store my belongings at any other location in the Northport/Tuscaloosa area.

Rented a climate control unit and insured the contents after I paid to have them brought from another state. Had to go back out of state and within 2 months my unit was infested with rats! And I dont mean 4 or 5. I opened the door and they fell on my head. I reported it and they said they werent responsible. I went back couple days later with someone to help me get my stuff out but I couldnt take it home so moved it to outside unit, no sense paying the higher price as it was ruined. They had gotten on us and I had a scratch or a bite from one on my arm and 18 hours later I was in intensive care and almost died. I would be hospitalized more than once and inevitably fought with insurance that didnt want to pay stating vermin was not covered unless it was caused by a catastrophe which I certainly felt something had to be bad wrong if we counted over 40 dead that we killed but more got away and they were obviously diseased if the bite nearly killed me but I continued to pay rent for 2 years trying to recover my losses but never did, they were very nasty, not even apologetic

This place is number 1, it makes me want to go number 2!
