Super easy to rent a unit without even talking to anyone on the phone . Everything online and took less than 10 Minutes. Payment comes out of my credit card each month. Seamless and The unit was super clean and ready for our things. The office even let us use a dolly. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Northport Storage... the lady that works there (sorry, I am bad with remembering names) but this lady was very nice and helpful with all my questions and my needs... I just lost my Mom back in January and needed a Storage to keep some of the things from her Estate until I move back home to Tuscaloosa hopefully by this winter and the Storage is very clean and maintained.... I highly recommend.... would give 10 stars if I could.... Thank you for the great service and overall experience

Reserving the unit was easy enough, but come move-in day when our truck was loaded and we had hands to help us, our key code was denied and no one would answer our calls. In fact no one ever returned our message. We finally reached their phone service mid-day Monday and were told that location was having “gate issues.” A MASSIVE inconvenience and extra expense for us. In addition, the advertised available-for-your-use hand-truck was a mystery to the employee at the location. The unit is clean and new and they may have better days, but being denied access on move-in day was beyond frustrating

They have great customer service and very friendly and the units are very clean I definitely recommend this place
