Andrea Williams (Wife of Joseph Williams at Articulate auto) sold me a broken pair of taillights listed online as NOS for New Old Stock. She then lied multiple times about the original condition of the items, and lied about requesting a claim from the USPS, and also refused to even give so much as a partial refund for an item that was unusable. This is definitely one of the most shady business practices (if you could consider it that) I have ever come across. I can not warn you enough to stay away from this shady low life of an operation.

Mechanics available on sight. Reasonably priced, honest diagnosis, troubleshooting for most accurate diagnosis. My experiences here have been as satisfying as can be, even though having maintainance done always hurts a little.
