Getting appointment was fast and easy - next day appointment. The Service Department took care of us and then some with the recall notice we had on our Jeep. Also, see and talking to my favorite sales person Ann Granchelli was great. She is always eager to help out even when I know she has a lot on her plate. She doesnt make it feel like that I am disrupting her.
