I ordered and purchased a 2021 Bronco through McMahon Ford. Throughout the process they were upfront and forthcoming with as much information as they had. I took delivery today and McMahon was fantastic. I got exactly what I ordered at the price we verbally agreed to months ago. Every person I dealt with was responsive and honest, everything you could hope for from a dealer.

I took my Bronco in for routine service. Dropped it off before 7:30 am and it was ready by 10:30! I will definitely bring my Bronco back for service. Everyone was polite and made the process go that much smoother.

Chris and his team are absolutely amazing. I wouldnt ever go anywhere else! I was on vacation when my car was having issues. The local dealership was less than helpful and Chris stepped right in, had the car brought 3 hours back to him, on his own dime! and worked on it right away. He is amazing. Great guy, fantastic staff, amazing service department.. dont walk to McMahon ford.. run!! Best dealership anywhere!!

Had a great experience leasing a Ford Mustang Mach E from McMahon. Our salesperson Caroline was warm, helpful and knowledgeable, and facilitated every part of the process, including picking me up at the station on the day I took delivery! The finance person Al had all of the paperwork squared away quickly. Altogether a fun experience with the test drives, etc. Will be buying from them again when the lease is up!

Ive been buying from their parts department for roughly 20 years. I usually just work on my personal vehicles, so Im not a high volume customer. Recently I got into a tight jam, and the guys there went out of the way to help me out. These are very good people to do business with.

They insisted I have the salesman ride with me during a test drive. I told them I didn’t want that and they still chose to not allow me to test drive alone. So why would I give them my biz? And it’s absolutely a false policy, but it doesn’t matter because it just shows you that same places don’t care about the customer experience.

Amazing work and super friendly staff ! Everything was covered by my warranty and they professionally took care of my new bronco even though not much info out yet on them and their related parts for the tops !

I went to the dealership because I saw this really nice looking 2017 Ford Explorer. The salesman Russell seemed to be very nice and accommodating. He let me take the vehicle during my lunch break to show my dad and when I returned I asked him if he would let my mechanic look at it, he said sure no problem I will call and get this scheduled for you right away and have one of the service runners bring it down there for you. When my sister called the next day to find out if it had been scheduled yet she was told that it was going that morning and that I would get a phone call by 3pm with an update. When it reached 4pm and I still didnt get an update I called and was told that Russell wasnt available at the moment so I left him a voicemail and I sent him an email as well. No response. I called today after I called my mechanic to find out if the car was checked out he said that they never called and scheduled it, so I called Russell again, once again he wouldnt get on the phone with me I left him another voicemail, still no response. I decided to try and get him on the phone a few hours later and still he wouldnt get on the phone with me. That was showing me that hes got something to hide. My best advice is stay away from this dealership they are shady and will try and rip you off!!

This was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. The entire process was about 30 min. The entire staff were excellent. I can not recommend this dealer enough. Top notch!

A couple of days after picking up my new truck from McMahon Ford, I noticed a flaw on the drivers side rear quarter panel right above the wheel well. There was some type of dent/crease in the body. Not knowing how this issue would get resolved since I had already taken possession of the truck, I went back to McMahon to discuss and they were very helpful. I dealt directly with Neil the Service Manger to get this fixed. He took care of everything as far as getting approval as a warranty item from Ford. He scheduled the repair work and a loaner vehicle as well. During the time Neil was getting the approval from Ford I also received a recall notice for a windshield defect and Neil scheduled everything to get done at the same time to avoid 2 trips to the shop. All in all a very great experience. Highly recommend them

Terrible. Tried to buy a car here, they tried to get me to buy a base model for $25k with many more miles than the premium version of the car for $19k elsewhere AND a warranty, they told me the car they were selling was as is, at the time it was a year old, how you gonna sell a 1 year old car with no warranty, and have the audacity to inflate the price and insist I will not find better deal,McMahon Ford, if you’re reading this, you are on the internet, you can use the internet to find better pricing on cars. The staff at McMahon Ford were very friendly and knowledgeable. Arthur, Chris and Richard took the time to fully answer all the questions I had in reference to a car that I was interested in purchasing. I took the car for a test drive and after I ultimately decided to purchase the vehicle, Allen helped me finance it. Before I left, Rich sat with me in the vehicle, connected my phone to the car so that I could use the Fordpass app with it (which is very convenient- Ive used it everyday since I brought the car home) and explained how to utilize features such as keyless entry and locking, voice command, and lane keeping assist. He even set the headlights to automatically adjust for me, then he told me that if I had any questions after taking the car home, to contact them. I would 100% recommend this dealership. It was a pleasure doing business there. Very satisfied

So, I really have mixed feelings about this dealership, and they have some very good points, as well as some areas that lack quite a bit. I am being descriptive here to give you my experience so you can judge for yourself.The good: This dealership performs regular services, as well as regular or normal types of repairs well. They have great technicians that are knowledgeable across all Ford vehicles, and have had good success in them maintaining my vehicle. I just picked up my Edge after a tune up (every 100,000 miles) and engine runs smooth as silk. Another good aspect are their customer service people. Folks like Billy up front are very friendly, and explain things thoroughly in regards to what is going on with your vehicle. Everything from check in to when you pick up your vehicle is very smooth. High marks.The bad: OK, so there are a few things here. First, do NOT go to this dealership for any type of electrical repair or a repair that is not clear in its solution. My rear camera finally gave out (I have a 2011 Edge), and asked them to replace it, and they said they dont really do those types of repairs. Huh? I ended up looking up a YouTube video from a Ford dealer in Kansas that walked me through changing it myself. I also asked them about upgrading from Sync 2 to Sync 3 so I can get Apple Carplay without buying a new car. Again, they didnt know what I was taking about, so ended up doing it myself with help from a Ford dealer from Maine. My brother had an AC issue where they had to recharge the system 3 times, but couldnt figure out why it had to be constantly recharged. Rather than look for the issue, they charged the recharge fee, and gave back the car. He ended up having to go to an independent garage to get it fixed properly.One last item that really gets me, is this new BG Protection Plan they try and sell you for regular services. Folks, this is a rip-off, plain and simple, and it annoys me that this dealership pushes this. I used to go in for my Works service (tire rotation, oil change, various checks) and it was less than $100. Now, these three tiers of service range from $160 minimum, up to over $600 (and there are other hop-ups that push it higher than that!!!). If you look at what these services give you, it isnt that much. Unfortunately it will force me to probably seek regular maintenance elsewhere now that I am out of my warranty period.In summary, if your vehicle is under warranty, and you have a service plan, you can go here and they will take care of your vehicle. If you have an issue that requires some investigation or is not straightforward, please think twice about coming here since they charge $140/hr. just to look at it, and my experience is not great on them actually solving it. Also, if you need just regular interval service, beware of those ridiculous BG service plans.

This review is 100% directed towards the McMahon Ford service department. The service department at this Ford location is beyond unsatisfactory. I have had to bring my car in multiple times for minor repairs over the last few months after buying my new car and every single time I get my car back the repair is not done. There is always an excuse as to why the repairs were not done. For example, they ran out of time after having my car there overnight or they forgot to order the correct parts needed to complete the repair. I have shown up on multiple occasions to drop my car off for its pre-scheduled appointment (sometimes took off work to get it done) just to get there and have them cancel the appointment as I’m walking in the door. The few times I have been able to get my car worked on, there has been garbage, tools, and lots of dirt left behind. I have given this location many chances but the service department doesn’t seem to know how to do their jobs and it shows. I will always recommend buying a car from this location but suggest you get your vehicle serviced at another location to save yourself time.

I have had nothing but absolute positive 5 Star experiences in the seven years I have been going to McMahon Ford. In 7 years I have leased 3 Ford Escapes... my Favorite Car ever.My sales person Rich is the Best ; kind, patient, knowledgeable, & a great communicator. Rich always worked to find me the exact car I wanted in the color & specifications desired. Over the years, my husband & I had conversations with the Owner, Mr McMahon & his son, who are there daily. The car I wanted was at a dealer in New Jersey & he facilitated that delivery. The 2 service writers are excellent ; they always treat me with respect, give me updates on my car when I take it in for oil changes, tune up etc. & are generally all around pleasant. The young lady who is the service cashier couldn’t be nicer & also very kind. You get the sense that the folks who work there LIKE to work there & that mood is passed onto their customers. This review is for the parts department.I now comprehend why everyone purchases from popular vehicle parts websites. Rude and unwelcoming folks who work at this parts department. No reason to explain your disdain to the customer for the antiquated logistics system you are forced to sift through.I wonder if there is a Ford parts number for patience?Call Ford of Stamford, lovely people that are efficient. Please support friendly and efficient FORD establishments when you can.

Best car buying experience ever, Rich made it so easy. These guys really have this social distancing thing figured out. I popped into the service station, explained to Rich what I was looking for and in 5 minutes I was test driving the exact Ranger I was looking for, same color and model. I provided Rich with my information and left. Rich called me on Monday morning and said my vehicle was ready for pickup.

Repair of our 2016 Focus was executed from beginning to end with consideration and professionalism and we want to thank Billy for the loaner car.

Had my 100K mile service done to replace spark plugs, flush radiator and clean injectors. Not cheap, but worth it to keep my 2014 Edge going for hopefully another 100K. Best driving, most comfortable car we have ever owned. Terrific service managers, work done on time and on price as promised. Always a pleasant experience at this dealer. Highly recommend.

They were very helpful and very pleasant to work with during the purchase and subsequent follow-up to resolve a minor issue with the bed liner. I highly recommend them for any Ford purchase. I was especially please how they handled the follow-up issue with the bed liner. You can judge a dealership best by how it handles itself after the sale and they clearly handled themselves at a 5 star rating level.

Where to start? Should I start at the two weeks it took them to get back to us? The initial contact(the salesman we leased the car from initially) didnt even bother to call back he handed the call off to another salesperson. Then it took at least another week to get financial information about buying out the lease. In contrast, a third party finance company got us rates for multiple buyout options in less than a day. Tell me...why even try to be a loyal customer?

I want to be able to write a great review, as weve had an excellent experience purchasing a car here several years ago, but the maintenance department is just plain not fun to deal with. Everyone sends you to someone else, no one keeps you in the know of whats going on. No one talks to each other in the different departments. It just seems like everyone is tired & moody all the time. Not pleasant to deal with and very frustrating on the customer just to try and get simple car service completed. I was told Id receive a call to pickup my car when it was ready & that they closed at 4:30p after telling them I really needed my car back by that afternoon (I dropped it off as soon as they opened at 7:30a). Then I received a call at 4:45p to inform me it was ready but couldnt be picked up until the next day at this point. This was one of the many, many frustrating things that happened over the course of 2 days trying to get my car scheduled for routine service & tire replacements. I will 100% be taking my service elsewhere from now on.

My husband and I went to McMahon Ford to see about purchasing a used car as a second car for our family. We had a definite ceiling in price, but were also hoping to get a solid, safe and reliable car - and thats exactly what we got! We worked with Ed Maldonado and Kevin McMahon to find a car within our price range that checked all of the boxes that we require for our family. Everyone was so friendly and helpful - no pushiness, or up-selling; just honest, understanding, straightforward salesmanship.We picked up our new old car this morning, and could not be happier. The car we bought was originally purchased from McMahon and has been serviced there throughout its 7-year life - and looks and drives like a new car. It has been maintained beautifully by their shop - and we will continue to bring it there!Its also worth it to note that my brother bought a used Ford Explorer from McMahon Ford in 1999/2000 when his twins were born. They are turning 16 next year, and are currently learning to drive in that same car! I dont remember how old it was when he bought it, but 16 years later, its still running strong! Cant beat that...Long story short, when it comes time for us to purchase another car - new or used, well definitely be going back to McMahon. I cant recommend them enough!!

Friendly and honest service staff but I have had SERIOUSLY poor service experiences. But they appeared to be having difficulty dealing with Ford warranty services, no new engines were available, so I lost use of the car for maybe 4-6 months. More Fords fault but then the new engine was installed with a missing motor mount bolt causing more problems. Sad because the car drives GREAT when healthy. Ford disease still exists.

Service was excellent - Billy the Service Mgr couldn’t have been more professional and courteous. They scheduled me the next day and the work was completed on time as promised. And this was on Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Very impressed!My only complaint is that McMahon Ford Service does not do wheel alignments. I find that to be really strange. A car dealer that doesn’t do wheel alignments? Not good- So I have to take the car elsewhere to have that done or have McMahon send it out for me. Hard to believe.

Was on a road trip from MT visiting family when our 2 month old truck was hit by a drunk driver. This dealer ship took care of mechanical issues created and recommended a fantastic local body shop. Between the 2 of them, truck was as if it had just pulled off the lot with no further issues.Will be our go to East Coast connection for any services needed while there in the future!!

Brought the car in for a general service. Car was taken care of with no issues, communication was great and car was delivered with an emphasis on making sure the car was clean and protected given the Cover 19 situation.

Let me start off by saying Russell was amazing. Went in looking for a Mustang and he showed me the Shelby. I was referred to the General Sales Manager, Chris Febbraio, who insisted they wanted to sell the Shelby to a “local guy”Good luck finding the right guy for your Shelby.

The service is always excellent. The staff is professional and they truly want to help. One of the key reasons I purchase vehicles at McMahon Ford is the service.

The staff here was great. I was traveling out of state on rte. 95 when my old car started hesitating strongly between gears repeatedly which made me think my transmission was going. I called them and from the phone call to after the service they couldnt have been any nicer. No trying to rip me off like happens at some dealers, esp with women. In fact the service manager took it for a test drive and said it was running fine. Could have spent over an hour running diagostic but said it was not necessary. Not sure what happened but no charge. Then they glued my rear view mirror which had fallen off the day before after trying to glue and then tape it on. Only charge was for that. They showed me good place for lunch too. They are honest and have great customer service. Kudos to them.

I had my Ford Ranger serviced at McMahon Ford last month. I had the oil changed and some minor things fixed. I dropped it off in the morning and it was done after lunch as they promised. The cost was no more than a quick change place. I would go back to the dealer.

The staff as always is very helpful and informative, when servicing my cars .Have some of the friendliest staff I have been in contact with.After a little set back of a defective oil seal we are good to go. Staff as usual on point and got it do asap .

Ran away! Zero stars if possible.This place is run by pathological liars and crooks sales and service.I purchase extra ford premium warranty and every time I go there I have to argue with them and show my paperwork to prove my car is covered.I guess they forget to submit paperwork.In the service department, Im not sure they have a real mechanic.Took two attempts to fix the front bearing.The second time they spend over a week . No service vehicle to be found.Even though I had confirmed an appointment.

The service was excellent, but my only problem was that I think my car was finished with its service and, though I was sitting close by in the waiting room, no one called me until I went to ask 2 1/4 hours later.

We bought a used car, the price was very reasonable, the service was excellent. They even put on 4 new tires after we completed the deal because the existing ones didnt meet their standards! I would go back in a heartbeat!
