These guys were fast and reasonable!! I was in and out in about 15 minutes.My daughter and I stayed in the vehicle while we had a tire replaced. I was glad because there were SO many men at this tire shop.When done, I was directed to park along side the building where I paid the cashier. It was a quick transaction.If you need more work than the replacement of a tire, Id have someone go with you so you can drop off your vehicle. There isnt a waiting area and wouldnt want to wait there anyway.

Irresponsible. Two days ago I purchased 2 front tires, tipped the guy, drove off but had to drive right back, as the balancing weights were placed too close to the brake shield and were screeching loudly. The worker said hed reposition the weights and crawled under the truck, then said it was all done. Today I had the chance to inspect the tires and found out the worker merely removed the weights, rendering the balancing useless, also the guy inflated the tires to 90 p.s.i. cold on the passenger side and 80 p.s.i. on the drivers side, where the recommended pressure is only 60 p.s.i. cold. This could have resulted in an accident. Now they wont take responsibility and want me to drive 60 miles one way to rebalance and recheck the tires. That would cost me over $50.00 in fuel and over 3 hours of driving time. I rather pay someone else for the balancing and spare the drive at least. Who can we trust with a simple tire change?? Not premiere tires.

Bad service. Waited 45 minutes to be told they only had new tires for my vehicle. New tire price was ridiculous. The time and day I attended was not busy so that excuse does not apply. Dont know who replies to these posts but obviously has the same excuse for the negative experience.

My dads been going there since the 70s and buying rims and tires and never once had a problem they are honest and reasonable and can get u any tire u want pretty quick and Ive been going there since 1998 it can get packed on weekends but its only because everyone knows this shop is the place to goo to just be Patient and I noticed some people writing reviews all I can say maybe u where in a bad mood because out of all 29 people I sent there were all happy and still go till this day.

My first car service With tony was excellent. 6 months later my 2nd car service, guy who answered, I think it was Tony is rude and unprofessional. I gave him tire size P215/65R16 requirements for my van and he’s asking me for what size inch??? He screams again what size... then he he hangs up. I read their reviews the owner excuse is understaff?? My friend it’s not understaff it’s Tony’s unprofessional and disrespectful to the customers.. I’ll take my money somewhere else.

This place is Great. Rudy gave me the best price in town with the Best Service in Town. I drove up and in less than 30 seconds the tires were off my car. Never been to a no frills shop. Terrible customer service, what a joke. The man who answered the phone was extremely rude not to mention this place answers the phone in Spanish. Ive tried to call twice now to schedule a time to come in and replace 2 new tires, And both times I have gotten this same man on the phone who asks me what size tires I need. I gave the man the exact description of the tires I was intrested in and he ignored all my questions and continued to ask me but what size before hanging up on me in the middle of a sentence. Id rather pay twice as much for new tires than to deal with a rude mechanic who lacks communication skills and customer service. I will not be coming here for tires. Will be taking my buisness to a more professional establishment.

Yeah they give good deals, but I went last week and my dumb self didnt clean out my husbands car before leaving it with them and they stole 2 of my husbands fishing poles. I really cannot believe this, but should have anticipated it because the guy who was doing it kept telling me how much he loves fishing. So just a heads up people dont trust them to not steal your stuff. Always give them your car with nothing in it... so sad

This place is an unassuming little shop, but they will plug a tire for $5 and sell used tires at reasonable prices. Do be aware this is not a dealership. If you expect: people who open doors for you, a cozy waiting room, free coffee, a service lane, and a general tidiness you will be disappointed.

I tried to buy 2 new tires in this place. I told the guy in charge of the shop and he brought 2 different tires and I told him that I dont want those tires and he was so rude and even told me to dont come back bad business.

Prices are the best! Like others said, make sure you know what you want and youll be out of there in 30 min or less. Otherwise it could be a negative experience since the guys are very busy and dont have time to explain and give you sales bull crap.Do your research online and buy at this place, you wont be disappointed.They also do exhaust, catalytic and performance mufflers. I couldnt buy the MagnaFlow part online for the out the door price installed from these guys.

Horrible. I purchased tires and wheels from this place. I told them i did not want tires that have been sitting on the shelf for year. Guess what i received ?4 year old tires in 2017. I have tried contacting them to resolve this and no response. They wouldnt pickup phone or respond to text. My advise is stay away from this place. You will be disappointed and forget customer service because there isnt any. After they receive money thats it. SAL who is the owner or manager is even worse as he cant even stand like a man to talk to you. More to come as i am still waiting on his call back. I will post more next week
