First time here and i scheduled an appointment spent 5 minutes dropping it off went to class and cane back to pock up my car. They told me what services they recommended and gave an estimate. That should be minus 10, but you have to give at least 1 star in order to post. THIS...is the ABSOLUTE WORST place ever. Unnecessary repair and they definitely drove my car around because the millage was well over what it was when i left it there. They are crooks and rude. Theres better places to go and this place should be shut down. I left with my car having the same problem I took it in for. Took it to another mechanic..he removed the part 3D said they replaced and charged me for. It was OLD and never replaced !!! I am having to go thru BAR to get my $350 back. Dishonest. Dont take your car there.

Been to Three D Smog once, didnt like the place at all. BUT Behind this shop is where its at: Tonys Auto Electric. Tony is the electrical master but his workers specialize in every thing else such as complete overhaul on transmissions and engines. Very quick and fair. Ive had my family auto engines overhauled, complete brakes, air conditioning, tranny overhauled, and more. You name he does it. TONYS AUTO ELECTRIC behind Three D Smog.

Wow where do I begin. I took my car in for some simple repairs nothing major. I was advise it would take 3 days. 2 weeks later and a bunch of running around and no calls being returns I decided to go to the shop to find out my car isnt even at there location. They would not tell me where my car is so I told them I was going to report the car stolen. They finally gave in and gave me an address to another location. i drive to that location and to find my car incomplete per the CONTRACT. So now im dealing with a random guy and he wants full payment and tells me he completed what was requested but not what was on the contract. I told him he wont get paid in full bc i made a deal with 3d smog and tune and they made the wrong deal with you. Not to mention that the work he did do was horrible. He painted my door and you can see the paint dripping! was this his first time? He didnt paint inside the door nor did he paint my side mirror that was suppose to be done and on contract. I call the owner JUAN RAMIREZ AND HIS EMPLOYEE VICTOR. He tells me its not there problem and i need to work it out with the new shop. But this new shop is now asking for more money to complete the job even though the agreement was made and put in writing with 3d smog tune and lube. Horrible horrible experience. They can care less so i am here warning everyone! come to this shop at your own risk. License number 101732 and DCA license number is 284897. I am here writing my reviews to save someone else from this mess im in. I will take the time to warn everybody on every social media outlet. I had to pay to get my car released even though it was not complete, even though i had a contract and even though the work that was done was horrible!
