Being into cars and having a variety of different types of cars with not exactly the normal wheel or set up, this is the best place for tires and alignments... Not only that but prices literally cant be beat! Ive gone with them for many years but even between that Ive called around to different spots for tire prices and they have always beat the price with mount and balance included whereas other places would still charge extra for mounting and balancing, so I very much recommend coming here, but expect to wait just a lil bit as prices do reflect how busy they usually are, but I wouldnt say its any longer of a wait as if you went to any other tire shop..

Just had my front end suspension on my 1998 Chevy s10. Rey did a great job . Everyone was friendly and they provided great service. I will definitely be heading back when I upgrade my wheels and tires!!

I am hoping to write a better review then this but I have been waiting for 3weeks nearly for my complete wheels and tires but it seems it has become to difficult of a feat to expect something that is already paid for, I am hoping to edit this review by next week whether I get my tires or a complete refund. Best tire shop around! As a woman, coming to have your wheels replaced can be very intimating but they made me feel super comfortable! A worker approached me as I was walking in, explain to him what I needed and took care of it right away. It took less than 30 mins & the price was great! It was suggested to me by a friend and was not dissapointed at all. Highly reccomend.

It was a good tire shop.. they gave me a good deal on brand new tires, and also they have a mechanic named Ray he is the best mechanic Ive ever came across he does my oil changes now and tune up and breaks, etc. Ever since my last tune up on my 2019 chevy SUV my vehicle rides like new.

Had to update my previous review as I had this shop mixed up with another one with a similar name. My apologies. Im adding a photo so I, and anyone else who reads this, knows which Tire shop Im reviewing.I had bought some new tires and brought them here to be installed. Very reasonable and they got my car in right away. A few weeks later I ran over something on the freeway on my way home from work. Didnt seem like much, but I woke up the next morning with two flat tires on the passenger side. Took them back here, mentioned they installed the tires for me a few weeks ago, but I clearly ran over something which caused them to go flat. They repaired them and did not charge me. I also brought in my other car to have hub caps changed out as the lug nuts needed to be removed. No charge. They also take the time to talk with you if you call them with questions, they do not rush you through the call. Finding a place that truly knows customer service is like finding a needle in the haystack anymore. This is the place if you have tire, wheel and alignment needs.

Ive had my tires aligned here three times. Theyre always very busy but find the time to provide service. Their prices are very fair. Roberto is so nice and the place running like a well oiled machine. COVID-19 tip: i visited 4 shops before pulling into Pro Tires. Their staff were the only ones wearing masks. Theres a waiting room but youre also able to wait outside if you want to social distance.

I will highly recomend this shop fast fríendly and profesional the staff is really cool the mechanic was very knowledgeable with the wheel alignment. Thanks again

Pro Tires and Wheels on 1614 Pioneer Blvd, Norwalk CA; are textbook dishonest, money hungry auto mechanics . They are not reliable in terms of giving proper diagnostics. The reason I say this, is because when I went to get my car checked about 2 weeks ago. My car had been making this weird loud noise, which I assumed was coming from the front tires or some internal issue. I called this location and explained what I had been hearing. They told me to just come in and theyll take a look at it. When I first got there, they gave my car the wrong diagnostic and told me the problem was the front 2 rotors. I personally have very little knowledge about fixing cars. Being that as it may, I believed them. I ended up paying $200, and as soon as I pulled of that lot. The noise was still there. The noise hadnt gone anywhere, but in fact, it sounded louder. But that was probably due to my annoyance. To make matters worse; when I did call them back to ask that they could RE-Diagnose my car. They informed me that actually; I had an immense amount of other issues with the car. WHICH BY THE WAY; they were also wrong about. I learned this because I decided to take my car to a different shop, because this shop was consistently untrustworthy. I literally took it to a different shop around the corner. To which they told me what exactly the problem was (replacing hub cap for wheel bearing), and only charged me $50. So why exactly did Pro Tires and Wheels fix my rotors if they werent the issue? What else did they lie about because they assumed I lacked knowledge in this area?

My go to for tires place. This time I took it in cause my radiator was leaking and they repaired it for cheap I went to get estimates to 4 places before taking it to Premier and they charged twice as much of what I payed. Had them weld a wheel, probably the messiest and unprofessional weld possible. Like someone threw up on my wheel with metal. Tire light came on and it was losing air where the weld is. Incomplete job for $65.

Another scummy, spamming tire shop posting their fake ads online day after day. The best part? They use a few thousand keywords so that legitimate customers cant avoid their ads and are forced into viewing their junk. For sale by private seller means nothing to Pro tire and Wheel other than a different place for them to spam their business. I truly cant understand why places like this sont simply follow some incredibly easy rules online to advertise.

I come from Whittier to get a wheel balance. Its one of the few shops in the area that uses the Hunter wheel balancer, its more accurate than the regular balancers. Their prices are reasonable too. Awesome shop.

Was there for a tire problem, been to numerous places, but was recommended to this place. Staff very friendly and helpful. They found my problem and couldnt be happier. Very efficient and good work.

Really bad place here I do not recommend this place I went to do an alignment on my truck and they left it worse than it already was with a crooked steering wheel. They tried defending saying it was another issue with my suspension so I go to another near by place that charged me half the price and my truck is now in perfect condition.
