My truck broke down about a half a mile from this shop. My gauges went out, the electrical completely shut off and my truck was overheating. Im not from the area so I googled some shops and this was the closest one. I called them and They said to bring it through and they would try to help. I had it towed into their lot and they went right to work. They were able to completely diagnose it and fix the problem in about 3 hours. I was able to go unload my truck and drive all the way back to Sacramento without any issues. These guys really saved the day. Really nice and honest people. If I lived in the area this is where I would be bringing my vehicles. Thanks again!

Ive recently rediscovered Topline as the car I regularly took to them was sold about 5 years ago. The owner, Rick, has now brought on board two of his sons, Zack and Zeph, to run the shop as Dad Rick moves closer to retirement.They gave me the absolute lowest bid on redoing my 07 Toyota RAV4 shocks/struts replacement. I now take all my auto work to them. Just today, 5/27/2021, I had them upgrade my 2020 Mazda Miatas brakes with hi-po rotors, brake pads and steel brake lines. I brought the parts - they supplied the installation lbr.If you live anywhere close to Norwalk, check these cats out. They got their act together and thats increasingly a rare thing. I really love that they are a family business. What really amazes me is how the man by the name of Zack. How he listened to what I was saying to him about my car and how he was very very thoroughly about how much I understood. No mechanic has ever gave me that feeling that he really knows his stuff. It had been taking me weeks and months looking for this particular part and it took him maybe a good week or two to find the part that I needed. Other mechanics would of wanting me to replace the whole unit. They will always have my business. Ive adopted them in my family now.

I have been using them for the past year for all my company truck repairs, they are honest, fast and fair on the pricing. What I love about them is that they are willing to pick up the trucks on the weekends and do the repairs when we are not using them so there is never any down time.Ask for Zak!

Great customer service! Everyone here was friendly, and they were all so helpful! I got there half an hour before my appointment and they were able to fit me in right away. I asked them a lot of questions and they answered every one of them without being annoyed. They actually enjoyed all of my questions!Im coming back here next week for the oil change. I had the worst experience at this mechanic shop. My car’s problem was something else, and not the fuse box. They non-professionally touched the fuse box and they messed it up, which as a result the AC system, headlight and dashboard lights was completely off and not working. Then, I had to take my car to another mechanic to diagnose and repair, which caused me to spend more money to fix my car. I do not recommend going to this place. Not professional mechanics.

Since I work in the area they picked the car up from while I was at work.i told them I wanted to do an oil change, during the process they called me and sent pictures of some concerns that the tech(Lowell) found.Once the vehicle was ready to be picked up, they offered to pick me up from work as well.During the checkout process we went over the car again and they gave me what maintenance schedule I should follow by my mileage so I can budget for upcoming repairs.overall great shop and great staff!

Ive taken my vehicles to Top Line in Norwalk for over 6 years. Never been disappointed! Staff are courteous & knowledgeable. They explain repairs & costs. I appreciated th as t they also shopped around for the best price they could find on parts. Repairs come with a warranty too (although Ive never had to use it)!

I was recommended this company by a friend who has used them. My issue was minor, my AC was not blowing cold. So, I was hesitant to go there because it was about 30 miles from my home. I could have it addressed much closer. But, one day, I happened to be near there and decided to stop by. I met Zack and he told me that it could be as simple as needing more Gas or I could have a leak. Within minutes he had my car hooked up, was filling the AC Gas and inspecting it. He then showed me that I had a slow leak. He said he could fill it and it would work fine for a while but the hose needed to be changed. I okd the change of the hose and filling it up. Not long afterwards, it was blowing cold. It has been 3 years since that repair and it still blows very cold.I have since returned for other repairs to both this car as well as my other car. That 30 miles is not an issue as I have found a trust worthy mechanic who does great work at a great price. I will continue to use them and recommend that you do so as well. Zack, Laura and Rick are great people running a great business. Thanks again! And again, and again!

Had an amazing experience coming here with my girls r56. Changed the rotors and pads myself then lost all pedal pressure! Immediately gave TopLine a call and dropped the car off shortly later to be looked over. They ended up identifying a few issues, gave me some options according to budget and was able to work something out and get the car up and running again! 10/10 service, will be back. (hopefully not often, but will be back haha)

Worst experience I got...i took my truck and I explain what my truck needed no we will have to check it with are machine scanner call me up told me exactly what I explain to them already and charge me 140 for something I already knew SMH dont go there bad service fraud if I could give them 0 star I will love too

I had overheating and leaking repairs done and it started off good with decent customer service. Eventually the service got worse. After the first repairs I receive a phone call telling me the car was ready. Then I got another phone call saying the car had another leak when the car was started. After supposedly the car was ready again I took my car on a test drive and it started smoking. Not to mention that it was an hour drive each time I went there. So I brought it back and the mechanic said it was just coolant burning off the engine. After we opened the hood you could clearly see oil was leaking out of the housing. So the mechanic said it was their fault and he gave me a company car (which was full of trash in the back seat). After about a week I had to take another trip there to get my car again. This time I was met by Julian. So I paid for the repairs and asked him if the battery was charged and when was the last time it was started. He said he didnt know so I went to start the car and it was dead. So I asked him for a jump and he said he had to asked the mechanic. So he told me that it was unsafe to jump. And I asked how can I test it if I cant drive it. So I asked how long will it take to order a battery and he said he needed to ask. He told me it will be at least 40 mins and I told him I needed to go to work. And he basically told me thats my fault. So I asked how about you give me the company car and ill go get my own battery he said no. I had to ask the owner of building next to them for a jump... After the car was jump I made it back home just to realize the car started overheating again. I checked the coolant and there was absolutely no coolant in the tank. Worst experience ever. The mechanic couldnt even talk to me face to face. I dont recommend this shop for big repairs.
