Well Im going to repost my review i went in to replace my phone about 1 month ago,I ended up paying 120.00 when I had been quoted 110.00 and if that wasnt bad enough some guy went in there as I was waiting for the manager to activate my phone and he sold the same phone to this guy that was replacing his phone for 40.00 dollars an 80.00 dollar difference i quickly posted a review 1 day later I was contacted by the owner of the store asking me to call when I tried calling no answer I tried 3 days later she said she would call me back in 15 min up till now I havent heard from her or the store basically they make theyre own prices and dont care about customers 4 weeks later was contacted by district manager was going to look into this matter but with same result this store is a rip off they dont care about there customers and talking to anyone in metro is useless they give you the run around instead of being truthful and saying we ripped you off live with it they replied contact us so we can make it a better experience but yet they wont fix anything this is 3 months later 9/2/21 today 10/20/21 tried contacting them with same result nothing fixed

So I came into the store to get a new Sim card from my phone that I was activatingAt the moment of helping me out there was a phone call that was incoming The gentleman proceeded to take the car I was frustrated due to the fact that I was waiting there to be helped out at the same time the gentleman has a kid in the back of the counter add an establishmentI am disappointed due to the fact that I came all the way from Anaheim all the way back just to be told that I cannot be helped out we did not mess up on this account the gentleman Marcos messed up and it’s not my fault that I have to come back all the way over here for $15 that I had to pay a new Sim card

If I could give 0 stars I wold bad service and the guy that works there he is so rude and not helpful at all....I had to pay 2 times for his mistakes...I had to go to a different store to get my problem solved....he shouldn’t be working there...his name is Ruben

Daughter took phone to check froze on her and they said to buy another one no good but she bought the phone two and half ago months cost her a lot money no replacement so we left half hour later it unfroze they try to make money instead help customer

My husband hopefully will not go back here. He purchased a Bluetooth that spoke Chinese to him, but he tried to use it until it started dropping calls with a few weeks. He took it back; they wouldnt give credit, only exchange. He purchased a Motorola that broke within 1 week. He also found the same model at Home depot for half the price. (its $40 at Target and Walmart). The price on the box says $65, but with the price of the first Bluetooth factored in he paid more than $80. Of course they wouldnt take it back or allow an exchange because it was broken.
