These guys know what they are doing at #ubreakifix in Norwalk. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Dont go anywhere else but here. Called to inquire about repair to phone prior to the 20 minute drive.. I was told they price match and I provided the needed information to the woman ( I will leave her name out) . I was told when I arrive this will have been verified but the counterman I spoke to had difficulty reaching the correct place so I used my phone and let him speak. There was a significant discrepancy in price and he simply put the phone down and went to get the manager. Perhaps I asked for the manager because he clearly didn’t know what to do . ManAger verified they do price match but this resource was not considered in their region . The person giving me information on the phone was not informed so I would not receive the benefit of ‘price match’. He went on to add additional barriers to this offering. He took no responsibility for his employees in need of training nor customer service which made me cautious of this franchise . Decided I didn’t like switch and bait feeling in spite of slight discount offered.

I had cracked my iPhone screen and had it repaired by ubreakifix, they came to my home and fixed it in their van in about 20 minutes. So easy and convenient! The screen started having minor issues four months later, even though it was outside the 90 day warranty they took me in and fixed it right away no charge! Great customer service

10/4 /21 Clarification Following 1st ever mgmt. comment. Staff was well trained at being polite not fixing a machine? Steve why would I ever let you or you staff offer direction in the future when you do not meet customers? Folks Run AwayHorrible service and I would question any positive review for something more the replacing a phone glass or battery. The reason I gave a star is you cannot post without one star? Consider anything else first from what I learned about the franchise and overall ownership. Read the one star reviews first and beware. My laptop spent two weeks here and was eventually returned with all my data lost and the machine not working correctly any longer. I asked to speak with the franchise owners Chris Laraia or Steve Gardner who own several stores in CT and was told by Kylen OSullivan their manager that they do not speak with any customers directly. She told me she only has authority to try again when a service fails and her job is to defer any request to speak with the owners and reference them to corporate office. The company is also owned by Asurion the insurance policy they try and sell everyone. I spoke with the corporate offices and Asurion and clearly the strategy for everyone is collect premiums. State regulators and insurance regulators ought to look into this company and the franchise owners. The contract which I cancelled since all this occurred within initial 30 days when you receive is 14 pages of disclaimers and possibly version 135. If they lost my data or damaged my hardware the Asurion folks told me even if correct they would not cover as all claims are only valid once the policy is active for 30 days and past cancelation. They sell the policy first and if they screw up the job they are not responsible? Crazy! The parent floated a 2.1 billion dollar debt note this summer which is high risk or in wall street slang junk grade investment to not improve the company but pay the owners a dividend the debt basically being paid back by the insurance premiums they will collect? CT insurance regulators, BBB look into this please. Two weeks with UBIF and 3 times I was called to store to pick up laptop and each time it was not ready? Twice I picked up the machine and immediately when I got it home it was not working properly and no data on the drive or the thumb drive? Both times when this occurred they claimed to have properly restored the data and viewed and in both cases nothing? During one return with the technician at my side I asked them to show me the data and he could not and stated he had no idea what they did? This was a simple replacement of a bad driver and I did not do at home as I was without a boot disk and unfortunately trusted UBIF with years of pictures which i had not backed up. After two weeks they returned the machine and told me it must have been a bad drive and not their fault because we saw a blue screen? Seriously that was the answer and again no owner was willing to speak with me and their manager confirmed they knew the situation and were instructed to return the PC with that explanation and I should contact corporate as the next step was sending the disk to data expert and certainly not something they could do? Of course not they did not backup the data, check the data, or quite frankly do anything they promised correctly. Corporate of course pointed out again that they were not responsible for the data or the damaged PC and I could not file a claim since the policy was only two weeks old but I could cancel it. What a joke. In the end the worst thing in my opinion was the atrocious service and the unwillingness of either Chris Laraia or Steve Gardner to speak with or meet with me. The staff was well trained at being polite and I actually felt bad for all of them as when I asked to speak with the owners they knew the answer and they in my opinion knew I was wronged and the result was too bad. If I was Samsung, Google, Apple or anyone considering authorizing these folks to service my customers I would think again.

They fixed my phone within a few hours for far less than the Verizon store, which wanted me to replace the phone. It works perfectly now. They were very kind and courteous and called to make sure the phone was working a few days later.

The guy who came to do the repair was very professional and easy going. He fixed the screen with no problems. Kinda awesome that they came to me, made my life so much easier.

I brought my phone in to be repaired as I broke the front of it. They were professional, knowledgeable and kind. My phone was fixed within 2 hours as promised. My experience here was horrible with resulting damage of losing all my company files and having to pay another company to recover my data. They never reported on a diagnosis that was to be done prior to proceeding with any repair and replaced my hard drive without my consent resulting in the loss of all my files on my laptop. They were more intent on selling the Asurion monthly insurance premium which doesnt cover in home service for small devices. In addition you cannot get anyone on the phone at Asurion. I would not recommend this company to anyone..

I brought my laptop to this center. They responded when they said they would and advised me what they had discovered aditionally. When the cost exceeded the value of the laptop the concurred repair was not practical. No charging for their diagnostic and providing a back up of the information on the laptop. Excellent service. Will go again when time requires service. Excellent. Thank you

Staff diagnosed my issue quickly.The repair was done even in a very expedient manner. I expected to wait for the next day and they were able to finish that night. The follow up and professionalism were great 👍 highly recommend them

Since Verizon doesnt do hardware tech support anymore, they referred me to uBreakiFix. My phone suddenly wouldnt charge...a blockage of some kind in the charging port. uBreakiFix was awesome and able to clear the blockage (lint) in a minute and my phone was able to charge again! I definitely would recommend them if you have a phone hardware issue.

I contacted and went to the store in Norwalk with a problem with my laptop. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the part that needed to be replaced and let me have the computer back while we waited for the part to be delivered (only a couple days). When the part arrived, they installed it and and got the computer back to me the same day. Everything was done in a professional and timely manner. Very satisfied. Highly recommended.

My Pixel phone battery went caput on Friday night at 659 pm. They close at 7 and answered the phone. Got a 10am appt the next day and was up and running 4 hours later. They handled all the warranty filing. Way easier than the apple store.

This location in Norwalk was amazing! Having never had a screen repaired i was skeptical filing a claim but the process thanks to this place made it simple, fast- same day and was left with literally a brand new phone! Screen, edge bars and back plate all repaired.Wish I came in sooner, hope to not be back anytime soon but if something happens, this is the place to go!

We had a home visit cellphone screen repair done by a tech from this location. They were very thorough and great with their job. The job was completed in their vehicle as I sat inside my home. Couldnt be more convenient and easy. I would definitely recommend using this service to others that need their phones fixed.

I went in as my Pixel 3 wouldnt turn back on or charge. They did a few tests before quoting me on the possibilities of the problem. It ended up being a battery replacement, which was very well priced. Took maybe about 2ish hours and my phone has worked amazingly since!

My iPhone screen was cracked and the technician was great! He was considerate and called me to let me know where he was and when he would be at my location. That was the best part! They came to my house and in less then 10 minutes he replaced my screen and my phone looks Great!

Staff were good at keeping me up breast on problems with my device. This was very helpful instead of fixing one problem, they fixed another problem they found as well. This process was costly but was better than buying a brand new phone.

It was so easy to get a same-day appointment and the communications (from the dispatcher, Olivia to the technician, Matthew) were seriously the best customer service I’ve had lately! Matthew was super accommodating and I so appreciate having service at my doorstep on a Saturday evening - who does that?! UBreakiFix really over delivered for me, I dropped my iPad off with issues around either my home button or ghost touching and got it back Friday morning, less than 48 hours. I was given estimates on the cost of both fixes and told I would heat what was in 2-5 days, next thing I heard it was fixed, for the lower amount, and ready to be picked up. Everything seems great and some much quicker than I expected. Overall great service!!

The technician texted me and asked if he could come early. I said sure. He then was very professional and quick! It took about 20 minutes to replace my shattered screen, in my driveway! It cost the same as it would have at Apple for my out-of-warranty iPhone, with much less hassle (The Apple store is NOT pleasant to work with during the pandemic, FYI). Would totally use it again!

Matt came out last week to fix my broken Samsung screen and the experience was flawless! He made me feel safe with contact less pick up and drop off and he was done in no time at all! Very happy with the service I received and completely recommend!

Ubreakifix is THE PLACE to go to if your phone is broken. I took my old phone that couldnt turn on, couldnt charge, couldnt do ANYTHING on and took it to them. They took it and at a reasonable price as well. The staff is so nice, helping me with my dilemma. It did take some time for them to fix which is understandable seeing the condition of my phone, but definitely worth the wait. Definitely will be coming back if I have any other issues and you should definitely come in as well.

Excellent Service!!!! My front screen was in pretty bad shape; scratches and cracks. I requested for a repair technician to come to my location and one was available THE SAME DAY I called! I handed him my phone and expected for the repairs to take a couple hours... NOPE, he was done in under 30 minutes and my phone looked brand new as if it was fresh out of the box. I dont understand how you all do it but its great work. He did all the work from inside his van in the parking lot. Didnt even need a seperate work area. He was a true professional and this is a great service. Id recommend it to for everyone.
