This is my second time at Mobile Rescue in Norwalk and there is a reason I am back!!! The level of customer service offered is beyond compare and coupled with the knowledgable service teamwho were able to diagnose my issue, is a truly winning combination. I would highly recommend making this your first stop if looking for a quality repair ( have done phone and Bose speakers here) ....Im sure I will be back again since 11 year old boys do not mix well with electronics Thank goodness there are in a prime location on Main Ave in Norwalk.

Brought my phone to Mobile Rescue for repair. The tech (I believe his name was Gabe) was nice guy and took the phone for evaluation.I received an email some time later and,unfortunately, the phone was beyond repair. I felt he was honest and upfront.

Brought my phone in because of a blown battery on New Years eve right before the weekend. They identified the issue, ordered a new one for my Note8 and had me back in business by 1/5. Great service. definitely recommend them.

What amazing customer service. I have two teens and they crack their screen protectors on their phone all the time ( I do too) and we are always welcomed with a smile. I went to apple first and they claim my problem couldn’t be fixed!!!! I walked and was greeted great customer service with great upon arrival. My iPhone 6 Plus was fixed in less than an hour which meant I was able to get my phone back in the same day!!! Problem solved and fixed all within my lunch hour. I recommended these guys if you need fast, quality, affordable and reliable service.

These guys are great!!! Gabe had my tablet fixed on the spot in less then a minute, he could not have been nicer and more direct. I first took it to AT&T my carrier and they were useless, I have now moved to another carrier. A big thumbs up to Gabe and Mobile Rescue!!!

My phone screen hung and i couldnt use the phone or switch it off to restart. Went to mobile rescue today to get my sons battery replaced in his iPhone. I had originally brought it to apple, who ran diagnostics and told me the battery was shot and needed to be replaced.. After 3 hours of waiting, they then tell me they can’t replace it because the water sensor was activated. I brought the phone here and the man was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable! He had the battery replaced in 10 minutes while I waited! If you want top notch service and honesty, you should go here! I will definitely be going here from now on and highly recommend them!

This place is great! Very knowledgeable, trust worthy and accommodating. I never write reviews and this is an exception. My iPhone 6s suddenly died and I had just replaced the battery last year. Brought it to Apple and they did a diagnosis test and said the phone was dead. I never backed up my phone since 2018 so I was really upset that I lost all my pictures and files! I was not satisfied with their answer and went to another Apple store and they told me the same thing. They also told me they do not repair old phones or phones out of warranty. I then went to Verizon and purchased a new phone out of desperation.I was still determined to at the very least get my data back off my phone. That led me to Mobile Rescue in Norwalk. Gabriel diagnosed my phone within a few minutes and was able to fix the phone and all my data was intact. I cant thank you enough! Will be using them again for sure!

He was amazing !!!!! I was out of town on a business trip and my screen cracked so bad I couldnt use my phone at all. The owner was almost closed but welcomed me in and allowed me to work in the shop while he worked on the phone. He was extremely professional and affordable ! I came to this location with a phone problem that I had been having for months. One column in my screen wasn’t working. I went to another spot (not Mobile Rescue) and they said “they could not fix my phone!!! Gabe from Mobile Rescue fixed my phone in all of 20 minutes!!! By far the most knowledgeable technician I have come across. Honest, skilled at the most complicated repairs, more than fair price for the work done. Apple geniuses could learn a thing or two here. Would highly recommended for anyone needing their phone brought back to life.

Our apple computer had basically stopped working due to needed updates/pop up requests and incompatibility with our new phones etc. Mobile Rescue was able to quickly update and make fully functional for a very reasonable price, when I thinking we needed to get a whole new computer. Super helpful customer service at pick-up to go through removing un-needed items and all was working as needed. Highly recommend.

My S9 cell phone charging port was damaged by a faulty charger.The staff at Mobile Recue were great. They ordered the part and lent me a wireless charger free of charge. When they fixed the phone it cost half as much as the other people in the area.I am totally pleased.

What a great place! Not only did they diagnose and fix my power problem for my IPhone6 quickly and accurately, but the additional knowledge Gabe was willing and able toshare was a great plus. Professional and legit cell phone repair shop. The owner is incredibly nice. This shop was able to fix the broken screen on my Android phone. The pricing is a little more than some mall kiosk but with that you get excellent customer service in-person, and via text and calls. They even spoke with my cell phone insurance company for me to hash out the details. I would recommend Mobile Rescue to a friend. Consider coming here instead of the Apple store. Thanks again Gabe!

I was referred to this place by another Ridgefield resident . Over the last few years theyve replaced the touch screens on a few of my laptops (technically very difficult). Always very professionally handled. One of the owners even hand delivered to my office in Pound Ridge. BTW the owners are young female entrepreneurs!

I strongly recommend this company.After an unsatisfactory experience with Mobile Rescue for a screen replacement, the company quickly reached out to me about my negative review. They apologized for the lack of communication and quality of the initial work. They refunded the cost of the repair and offered to repair the screen a second time for free.I am really glad and surprised that they reached out to me to make things right.

Gabe is the Man!!!!My friend dropped my phone in my pool and I had just had my little girl 1.5 years ago. I thought my pics were backed up, I was wrong.I raced to Verizon to help me back up, they held my phone for 8 hours and said it was backed to ICloud and I was good. They were incorrect.I went to Apple the next day to help me complete what Verizon could not do and they told me “yes everything is transferring over to your new phone you are good” then sent me home. My pics were not transferring and then my phone went dead.I don’t care about anything other than pics and videos of my little girl, so relaxing I may have lost all of her .. now I’m hysterical crying and went back to Apple where they turned me away because I didn’t have an appointment and told me to come back in an hour. With nowhere to go I did. They then said they could not help me since the phone was dead. They could try to restore it but probably could not help me. They were right this time, they did not help me at all. This is Apple in Stamford btw if you are wondering. The girls name was Raja or something? The check in girl - nasty.I found Gabe at Mobile Rescue in Norwalk and he not only saved ALL of my data.. he sat with me for 2 hours and helped me transfer everything I wanted over to my new phone. He’s patient, kind, smart and the type of person you don’t come across much these days. You can trust him, I will not go anywhere else EVER again.

I decided not to have them work on my phone after they asked me for my IPhone 6 pass code in order to be able to work on my phone.When I said I wouldnt give it to them and started to walk away, they changed their story and said that they did not need the password after all.I could not trust them after that in addition to their inflated prices.NEVER TRUST anyone that asks for access to your personal data, whatever reason they may give you.

I had a very important meeting and my HDMI cable broke (bracket cracked) so i went to MobileRescue to buy a new one. He had just sold out, so he reached behind the monitor in the store and pulled the one out that he uses for the monitor in his store to advertise specials and handed it to me and simply asked that I bring it back the next day. I am NOT a regular customer, I am just a guy who came by. But I can assure you this, he has won me over for all future repairs. Customer service is so undervalued these days, but not at Mobile Rescue!

Took in my 2009 iPod touch with a sketchy headphone jack. I swear by this thing - Im old-school. Gabe took the iPod straight to the back, put it under the microscope, and - 5 mins later - he had the pins all sorted out in the headphone jack.Cant beat that customer service! Ill definitely be coming back here anytime I have an issue with my iPod or iPhone.

We were referred to the Norwalk store by another store because they werent able to replace the battery in our two Motorola Moto X phones due to a problem with stripped screws. We brought the new batteries in because we had already purchased them from another vendor.Gabe replaced the batteries on both phones within a half hour without any problems, and believe me, the Moto X is not a phone that makes it easy to replace the battery. I guess they just designed it so would buy a new one every few years, but thanks to Gabes excellent technical expertise and handiwork, we dont have to buy new phones for at least a few more years.

They really saved the day for me!!My iPhone 6s totally died one day randomly because of a factory-related battery issue, and unfortunately, the backup iCloud option wasnt enabled on my phone. Without being able to charge the phone, I was going to lose ALL of my pics & videos from the last 2 years!!BOTH the Apple store in Danbury and the Verizon store in Norwalk told me there was NOTHING they could do - that everything was lost. They said there was absolutely no way they could do anything for the phone...Even though the battery issue was through no fault of my own!After visiting the Mobile Rescue store in Danbury & then Norwalk, they were able to charge my battery AND uploaded ALL of my pics/videos to a thumbdrive - saving YEARS of precious memories!!I really cant say enough good things about their patience and help! SO very thankful I found out about them!! Definitely try them out before you toss your phone!
