We went in to upgrade our phones because we received an email from Verizon. Raph helped us from the minute we walked in and even gave us his cell number so we could stay in touch for any questions we had and keep track of when our new phones came in. He answered any questions we had and made the transfer process extremely easy. Definitely ask for Raph at Verizon!!!!

I could not even begin to summarize how helpful Raph at Verizon has been in facilitating my iPhone upgrade. He went above and beyond in every way (including staying in beyond normal store hours to help me) even when there was a glitch in my phone. He was kind, patient, and made the entire experience fun. He came up with out of the box ideas to help me get my new phone activated. Not to mention when the new phone was shipped to me, he sent it with the screen protector already on! He is the epitome of excellent customer service. If you have the opportunity to work with Raphael, do it!!

Oh what to say about the support I received from Raph as I entered the store completely stressed and untrusting of the process I was starting. I first asked what was wrong with my iPhone 7? Well needless to say, Raph didn’t call it vintage but rather talked me through the features of the available 12 pro. He was gentle with his approach and walked me through the process like a champ. He did not try to sell me unnecessary products. The turnaround was pretty swift. Ultimately, I was quite happy when I left feeling heard, respected and still had a few dollars left on my wallet (lol). Thank you so much for your professionalism and knowledge Raph!! When I need to update, I will be making a call to you.

Walked in with my Galaxy 9+, and was met by Raph who I had talked to earlier. I was skeptical, wondering how I was gonna survive jumping ship from T-Mobile to Verizon, but he walked me through the complicated switch with ease. Ordered the phone I wanted, advised me on discounts and set me up nicely. It took a while to transfer all my data, but Raph was more than accommodating and made it all a breeze. Would happily recommend.

This Verizon is TERRIBLE. Every time I come it’s a issue ever since they opened up ! Staff are friendly but unfortunately every time I come the staff doesn’t have much knowledge ! First time, they never backed up my iCloud for getting new phone lost all my daughter pics etc ! Next time they didn’t have any knowledge on the data /personal hotspot ended up using all my data in 1 day ! This time got a new phone again and they made me pay for extra iCloud storage and never backed it up wiped out my phone I have nothing from my old phone . Every time I come here it’s a issue with me personally, NEVER coming back again worst Verizon I ever been to and Ive been a customers for over 15 years . Run and tell that .

I went in to upgrade my phone. Jeremy was so nice and helpful! He answered all of my questions, even the silly ones. He helped me choose the best options for me and explained how to sign up for the warranties for stuff like screen protection and phone protection. I’ve gone to this Verizon location for my last couple of phones and I’ve never seen an unkind employee there! Jeremy was delightful and made the process go smoothly. I would recommend this Verizon location to anyone!

While the store is branded as Verizon it is actually an authorized dealer for Verizon. The problem with using Cellular Sales is you end up paying a $35 service fee for every device you purchase from them in addition to the $40 charge that Verizon bills you for. No one from Cellular Sales could explain the service differences in the duplicate charges and I even read the fine print from both vendors. So the 2 phones I purchased at full retail cost an extra $70 from Cellular Sales. Had I been made aware that the second charge even existed I would not have bought the devices there. Save yourself $35 a device next time by going to the real Verizon store in Stamford, order the phone online from Verizon, Apple or Amazon and avoid the duplicates charges.

The store tries to upcharge customers vs what Verizon has on their website and company stores. Also, I should not have to explain to a rep how to process a purchase on one line but activate on the other.The amount of times I had to explain to the rep what to do was out of control and having to argue with the pricing (which Ultimately they admitted to being wrong) is unacceptable. I wonder how many people are charged extra unknowingly. Do your research and avoid this location at all costs.

At a time when customer service should be paramount, my fiancé and I could NOT have been treated worse. It took approximately 10 minutes for a gentleman to even start to help . He asked us what we were looking for and we told him, his response was that the phone was not something they had in stores and every store is and would be sold out. He didn’t want to help me find or call another location to see if there was one in stock. All he was willing to do is order the phone for us to pick up in stores. He said the nearest Verizon that would have this phone (iPhone 11 pro Max 256gb) would be on 52nd street in NY. I went on to tel him we were going to go looking for the phone elsewhere and he responded good luck. I walked across the parking lot to beat buy where not only was a greater and treated with respect and happiness but they had the phone and was happy to help with everything my fiancé and I needed. This was the first and last time I will ever go to this location . This is not a cheap phone we were buying . I will bring my business elsewhere and would highly recommend doing so as well

Let me preface by saying I rarely write online reviews. Will at Cellular Sales assisted me recently in transitioning to Verizon. He was courteous, professional and had a wonderful sense of humor. Will walked me through the entire process and confidently answered any question that I asked of him. It was a joy to deal with him, and his coworkers were equally nice (another pleasant young woman near by). I hope Will and his peers stay with the store in case I need anything else I know I would be comfortable asking for their assistance again. His customer service skills were excellent & service was truly above and beyond! Definitely recommending this service and store in the future to my friends and family.

This is the location is clean, well staffed, efficient and definitely the place to go! Raph, the rep that assisted me was most helpful in helping me find an upgrade and add a line (and phone) all while letting me know about the best promotional deal I’ve ever had- BOGO on the iPhone 12 Pro.I have had the same been with Verizon since before they were Verizon; they were Bell Atlantic. I will most likely not go back go to the Verizon store on Westport Ave. They are ok there but this experience was far better.Thank you all and thank you Raph for helping my daughter transfer her phone remotely safely from the house and following up with me that same week to be sure all is well!

I called ahead to order an iPhone 11, and Raph was on the ball from the start. He reserved time for me, that I specified, to come into the store to get the sale moving along. He took care of everything, switching my old iPhone 10 for the new one. I waited in my car while he completed the service. When completed, Raph brought it out to my car. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and in tune with my needs. I highly recommend Raph as excellent customer service representative.

When it was time for my wife and I to replace our iPhones I took a trip to the Verizon store on Connecticut Avenue. We were shopping for a deal and considering the switch from AT&T to Verizon. Over the course of about three weeks, I was helped by Reggie, one of the Verizon sales associates. He was professional, knowledgeable and helpful in a way that made our decision to switch carriers easy and stress-free Reggie filled in the blanks for the service details and the process of ordering our new iPhones. He even texted me with updates as the phone preorders became available.This all happened during COVID, so I’m happy to say that the Verizon store took all of the social distancing and mask guidelines seriously. All of the staff wore masks and there were plexiglass shields set up at each sales desk.I would highly recommend the Verizon store on Connecticut Avenue. When you go in, ask for Reggie.

She offered me the services I was looking for, and she did NOT attempt to influence my decision-making. I’m pretty uncomfortable with a phone purchase as a rule; she made the entire experience easy and enjoyable! I will certainly return to this location in the future!

To start, I have never left a review for anything before this. No restaurant, product, store...etcThis was my first experience coming to this Verizon store, and it did not disappoint. Often times I think we, as consumers get suspicious of whether or not our best interests are prioritized by those working in sales and customer service.I came into the store completely overwhelmed with a shattered iPhone (something that has never happened to me personally before), nervous that I was going lose a lot projects I had been working on for months.Jibran was absolutely wonderful. He is honest, understanding, and was able to answer every question thrown his way with ease and patience. I trust him completely, and cannot recommend him enough.This is the only place I will be going to whenever I have issues with my phone/service from now on.So if youre trying to figure out which Verizon store you should go to, look no further. I have always been an Apple user (loyal as Steve Jobs) and after continued frustration with my phone, he showed me the benefits of the Android phones and got me set up with my LG!!! Always with the common thought spinning around in my head. “Do I need that?” William changed all of that for me. Getting a phone can be such a pain, not with cellular sales Verizon. William O’Connor made the experience quite exciting. He even managed to get me to switch from apple which I never thought would be possible. I am beyond content with my new lg phone that takes INCREDIBLE PHOTOS. Not only that I had a unused promotion for the hum device which allows me to locate my vehicle any time anywhere along with vehicle diagnostics letting me know if anything is wrong with my phone. If you are looking to get a new phone or new carrier go to Cellular Sales. Ask for William he will make getting a new phone an amazing experience and you will not regret it!!!

Very Very happy right now. Iv been with apple and The iPhone for going on more then 10 years and as the phone and products seem cool and hip from a distance, iv been longing for a clean break. I recently decided to make the switch over to Samsung Note 10s, best decision Iv made for the new year. Im also happy to say I could not have done this seamless transition with out the fantastic help of the Gentleman at the store, William importacular was fantastic. Liars and theeves! Reggie promised me a free car product. Told me free every month and was a new trial offer from Verizon. Next bill showed it was $10 and I had a $40 fee. Fought with Verizon for days they wont refund the $40. Go to a corporate store where they dont lie!

Never had such a horrible experience! Went in to add a line and the people working there had NO IDEA what they we’re doing. The person wasn’t able to properly set up my line and after spending an hour walked out with absolutely nothing! I’m extremely upset at the unprofessionalism at this store! I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to actually speak with someone who knows what they are talking about. ***I’d go to another retailer. We returned a device within the 10 days of purchasing. They assured me multiple times in store it would be refunded. Since then, we’ve had to make 4 calls to customer service and stuck with $175 charge.

AWFUL SERVICE!!!!!!!!!I came first time there and Verizon guy created prepaid account for me but I spend 2hrs there and it didn’t work. Then I came on another day to fix it and then they said that phone # was canceled and we started creating another one, but they still couldn’t do that due to some issues!!!! And I spend there another 2 hours waiting!!!!!!!!IT IS JUST TERRIBLE !!!!!!!!!I very DISAPPOINTED !!!!!!!!!!!!
