Customer service is TERRIBLE! I got charged twice and now they don’t want to give me my money back they told me that the extra money is just going to roll over for my next payments but I don’t want that. I just want my money back, I have both my receipts and yet the “manager” was being really rude and giving me attitude the whole time saying it was my fault and that I needed to pay more attention. I mean what kind of people do you guys have working there. I just want my money back please ( I have BOTH RECEIPTS)

We just purchased a samsung phone and changed our service from verizon to cricket. We got the complete package, cover, protector, insurance and all. It all went very well until we had to transfer the info from an iphone to the Samsung, now we know they are not compatible, we were told there would be no problem. And to top it, after 7 days we cannot exchange phones. Bummer, to say it nicely. We went back to the store and the female in charge sent us to an iPhone store to see if they could transfer the info...satisfied customer? Not at all...😠😡😡 and can you believe the responce we got from the owner below?..👇 excelent responce to solve our problem. Would you go back to a retailer like this? Would i recomend them to my friends and others? I definetly would not.

Customer service needs improvement. I walked in waited 5 minutes and no one attempted to help. 2 associates were assisting customers and 1 associate was just working on the register.

Its funny what happend to me when i came in to this store. I visited another store before to check the plan and prices. when i came to this store there was only one person there helping one other customer. As soon as she saw me she welcome me in. I was checking prices while a bit sceptical but i was convinced by her great service to swich from tmobile.
