I luv Zara Brand of clothing and accessories..and this mall is beautiful.. I think this particular Zara although Large in size does NOT have the pizazz like the other locations I am used to..I am originally from NYC fashion Mecca and I now reside in CT so you can understand where Im coming from. The organization of the clothes is just there not really put together to give the buyer a visual like in NYC .anyone can put clothes on a rack but it takes style and marketing to intice a customer to buy.. So with that being said...Ive ONLY sent my online orders for pick up to this location Ive never shopped at this location and to be honest Ive never really seen too many people actually shopping here either. Its unfortunate that the Pandemic hit the winter this mall was finally due to open so people are now used to just online shopping and this could be part of the reason...

I think we all know that Zara is an unethical company on the back end and how they produce their clothes but it wasnt as clear to me until recently how much they neglect the customer and dont really have any shame.I recently bought clothes for a funeral and went to return the ones that didnt fit me right after.The paper receipt had gotten blown away and I face the option of hours on customer service a Stone face from most likely hard-working underpaid people from an unethical company I will now have clothes that have no purpose to me it was only the paper receipt that in the year 2021 post pandemic when everyones on a QR code having a paper receipt as the only way to return something despite of course my added grief I do think its objectively absurd and should be illegal I want you to be warned tape that paper receipt but actually if you can help it dont shop at this unethical dump. Its truly part of the problem

Not good at all. Very disappointing. Workers except the kids section and disorganized. One worker I asked for a shoe size checked on her portable machine if the size I was looking for was available, told me yes and went to get it said would come back but never returned for 15 mins I waited.Had to go up to her in front of the store where she told me it was no longer available as if Id have guessed. Then the dress shw was also helping me with she said 3 of thr sizes I was looking for were available and the one I had was ripped. She looked alittle bit and gave up.saying the was nothing but I looked for it because I wanted it and I found it.Now the dress is a beautiful design. U cant try on clothes in the store yet. I got home wrap tie was tying but loosening because of the polyester material used. Calling it silk but it wasnt anything close. I usually dont buy stuff from Zara only a few times if I like the fashion but I always end up making adjustments as I can do fashion as well. Well I wouldnt recommend anyone for quality clothing there just for photo shoot or one day thing and just keep it in the closet. Disappointing.

The store has a decent selection and nice employees but there needs to be more cashiers. If you know what your size is, your best bet is to have your friend or family member stand in line for you while you shop and you just might not have to wait very long in line after you’ve made your selections. Several people in front of me gave up on waiting line after 20 minutes and not much movement.On the bright side you can skip the line by ordering online doing in store pickup.

This store has to be the worst customer service there is anywhere. Every single time I go into this Zara not one worker greets or even acts like you are in the store. When you ask for help they seem absolutely disgusted that they have to work. The worst part about this store is if you do not get here at 11 when they open, the line to check out or return an item will be a wait of at least 20 minutes, mean while the kids section and men’s section has workers but they tell you you cannot check out on there side(even though they are just standing in their), then sometimes minutes later the manager will send half the line to there side. Bottom line I work in retail and I know stores can have bad days but the management is a complete mess and can’t keep their employees accountable to actually work. I wish I could say one good time or even a single employee who was kind or seemed to care, but that has never happened.

If I can give a negative one star I would. By far the worst managed store I’ve been to. There is absolutely no reason why there is one cashier with a line to the door. No one in the store moves with urgency. I have had to cut my shopping short just so I can get in the line & I shouldn’t have to rush my shopping experience. I love Zara but I’m sad that the only Zara near me is the worst. Hoping for some change soon.

I cant believe how incredibly slow the people behind the counter move. Ive worked retail for many years and Im appalled at the lack of care these employees have for anyones time. Many customers have returned due to their dressing room still being closed and their sizing being very funky. To return an item, the worker was slowly looking for then scanning each inside tag of each item (opposed to scanning the price tag like every other store does). Then she slowly put the security tags on each item with seemingly no regard to where the tag was being placed which will surely leave holes where she attached it. Once it was nicely hung on the hanger, shed move to the next item. This process took at least 10 min for about 5 items of clothes to be refunded.

Having worked in retail for 5+ years I know there is absolutely a way to be able to satisfy a customer when they have lost a receipt, at the very least be able to give the sale price or store credit. I have been coming to the sono collection Zara since it opened very often but I will no longer be returning as I am now stuck with a skirt that doesn’t fit me or make me feel good at all.

This Zara is managed like a tashy club. The management must think a line with 50 people and 1 cashier is going to make them more popular. It makes me want to fight one of the other ten employees texting on their phones and chatting with other coworkers. Do not waste your time here.

Hello!!! Is anyone reading these reviews!!I LOVE the selection of clothing at this location. I could probably walk out with 10+ items each time i go into this store but the lines are ridiculously long so guess what... i walk out with nothing!!! It’s extremely frustrating especially because, as others said, there are more than enough employees to open more registers in the children’s and men’s sections, however they refuse to even when the line is out the door.I just want to buy clothes. so please can someone figure out a solution to this issue. I’m never someone to write a bad review but this is out of hand. Thanks!

This store is a joke. The cashiers work at a glacial pace. After spending 40 min waiting in line, the manager was unhelpful and condescending when my card didnt work at the register even thought I had money in my account. When I asked if she could try at another register she refused and said there was nothing she could do about it.I left and bought clothes at H&M instead, 5 minutes later, with no issue during payment. Ill never go back to this store ever again.

Horrible!!! Manager on duty right now says theres only one cashier in each dept. and theres nothing he can do to help. At 12 noon line was already long. Avoid this store if you can. They do have a nice selection of clothing but many customers dont want to wait including the ones Im in line with now.

Place is an absolute joke- standing in a line out the door of the store. There were at least 7 employees on the floor, so I asked the manager about the possibility of opening another register and was immediately shut down. Ridiculous consider fitting rooms are still not open so an insane amount of people are making returns. Not worth my time bye forever Zara!

Terrible long line. I was scared by the longline on Saturday, so came back on Monday, but the line was even longer. This situation has been a year, and seems the store never interested to improve. In addition, store very messy, doesn’t have good selections.Giving wasting more than 1 hour waiting the line, I could have driven to the Zara in Greenwich ... really regretted.There was One lady front me complained and the store manager called security person to deal with her, instead of trying to soothe her mood.

This store is horrible the line to pay is riddiculous. I was there at 11:30 and the line was 20 people long and only 2 employees working the registers. There were plenty of employees on the floor to open more registers. The manager is also extremely rude. Staff on the floor is useless also and rude.I will do my returns on line from now on. Also why not open dressing rooms? Also time to drop the mask mandate!

This store is pretty big but the selection is terrible I can never find anything in here. Poor organization, the staff is rude & not helpful. All the workers walk around looking miserable with a terrible attitude. They don’t greet you & god FORBID you ask them for help. They will look at you like you have 5 heads an say “oh I don’t know what ever we have out is what we have”... any other clothing store people know where things are an what sizes are left.....Not to mention the store is absolutely FILTHY!!! What is happening to this place? the staff here is the worst literally no sense of urgency I swear I was in line for 15 minutes the lady behind me was loosing her mind she started to complain to me. Worst service and phone customer service !! I bought a pair of pants, and the Manager told me that I would get them in three days if I pay $ 9.95; I place the order, and I spent the express shipping to discover that the order is going to be delivered in a week !! I called customer service to stop the order, and they keep repeating the same! They know nothing about customer service and UPS shipping procedures!!! Also, they duplicate my credit card charges !!

I am still experiencing the worst customer service from in store and customer service. I ordered a pair of pants (in store) to be shipped to the store because my size wasn’t available. I never received an email (later found out sales associate spelled it wrong). I showed up 3 times to the store within 2 weeks of buying the pants and asked the manager if there was a way of checking in the back to see if my order was there, I told her I never received an email. She said then there is no point in checking because I would get an email stating my item shipped and because of the holidays it could take up to 2 weeks. I needed them for New Year’s Eve, and when I didn’t get them by then I told the manager I didn’t even want the pants and asked if they would be sent back to the warehouse upon not being picked up and if I would get my money back, after not checking to see if my order was in the back 3 times she proceeded to tell me orders were not sent back to the warehouse and I would not get my money back unless I went into the store and picked them up and returned them (which I can’t do because they won’t even go back and check on my order). She said I needed to take it up with customer service. Upon chatting with customer service a sales representative told me the pants should have been sent back to the warehouse and I should receive a refund within 7-14 business days. It has now been over a month, I keep calling and all they tell me is that I can receive a store credit. Which I don’t want because I never wish to shop at Zara again, when asking for a manager representative they keep pushing me off and that no manager is available to get to the phone. No one knows where the pants are, I don’t want store credit. Who resolved this issue if even customer service is so unhelpful?

If there was a zero star rating I would give it. After living in Italy for years and loving this brand, my excitement about having it come to fairfield county was immeasurable. After visiting 3 times and waiting over 2 hours combined I realized it isn’t the same store I experienced in Europe. At one point I waited 40 minutes with two babies while three incompetent women hovered over one register on a return. Then I attempted to return a Christmas gift and they took 20 minutes to process to have them tell me I couldn’t get a store credit despite the fact they didn’t have any larger sizes I stock. I rarely post reviews but this is a brand with a horrible local management that has caused me to NEVER Set foot i this store again.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Purchased a sweater and tried it on at home to see that it did not fit well. Went back to the store to return the product and the sales rep at the register as well as one of the managers - Dana, explained that they could not return the item. Told me that there was a tag on the inside of the garment missing so they could not accept the return. I told them I purchased it like that and if they could not return it then they should probably not sell it to begin with. They told me to call customer support, who is just as useless. Basically lit my money on fire, will not be coming back and from the looks of your other reviews, neither will others.

I wish I didn’t even have to give this store one star. I’ve been multiple times because I’m a fan of Zara’s clothes so I was happy it was opening close to home but now I’m reconsidering shopping there at all after today. I found a jacket for my boyfriend and waited in the line at the men’s section for 10 minutes without seeing a single person working there. A lady working in the dressing room kept looking at me but never asked if I needed help checking out. Finally I left the line to ask her if there was anybody working and could help me and it wasn’t until then (15 minutes later) that she told me those registers were closed and I had to go to the women’s section. Even when buying one thing the check out process has always taken 20 minutes minimum. As somebody who works retail that should never be acceptable.

Having a mens, womens and childrens department is a great idea but not having registers open in the mens department on the weekend before the Christmas holiday is disgusting. If you want to act like Walmart you should have Walmart prices. The other cashiers being bombarded were very nice.
