The employees are all energetic and upbeat but not overly so. It was my first time in a lush store and the employees are perfectly willing to show you around the store or give you space to explore (while being close at hand for questions). There are plenty of samples available to see if you like something and the store is well organized. This is a great location.

Very cute store with a wide variety of delicious bath, skincare, and even some makeup products. They are handling COVID-19 by operating at a limited capacity and requiring customers to wash their hands with a free sample of soap upon entering. Customers can even keep their soap sample if they like it, or opt to purchase more. They also pick up for products ordered online. I used this to purchase a Christmas gift and it worked very well; I did not even have to enter the store because they brought my gift to the front. Packaging is super cute and good for the environment as they use cardboard, metal tins, and furoshiki in place of plastic.

An employee, i think his name was Alec? was so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. He was fantastic, thanks for all the help!
