This pharmacy location refuses to answer their phones. I called, sat on hold for ten minutes, finally someone answered, I told them what I needed, they muttered something unintelligible then put me on hold for another fifteen minutes. I gave up, called again, sat on hold for upwards of 10 mins. Rinse and repeated this cycle until I finally tried calling the main store line. Got through to someone and it took making her literally walk over to the pharmacy and telling them to pick up their phone for me to speak with someone. I told the man I spoke to that they needed to figure out what was going on with their phone lines because I had been unable to get through to the pharmacy, he said in an extremely rude tone of voice that they had been having no trouble answering their phones. I assume he must mean his personal phone because the pharmacy phones were clearly unattended. This pharmacy location sucks butt! Go to literally any other Walgreens.
The lines can be long at the drive through but they’re efficient when you get to the window. And it’s nice not to have in in person, esp in Covid times.
Avoid at all cost the Labcorp at this location.Set up an appointment, 40 minutes later had to just leave because there was no end to the wait in sight. No update, no nothing.Awful, either staff it appropriately or don’t schedule that many appointments.
Website clearly says that the flu shot is available for walk-in, pharmacy turned me away claiming they are by appt only. Get it together.7:15 pm 11/3/2020

Horrible customer service. I waited for over 30 minutes and they can never seem to get our prescription correct.
Drop off RX at 3. They check to see if they have it and say yes, it will be ready at around 530. I show up around 7. Theres a different group of people...We have to see if we have it. I cant remember the last time I wasnt stuck waiting here well past when my script should have been ready.
Poor customer service they have gotten rid of any and all good employees
I dont know how this place stays in business. With how the pharmacy is run in the most inefficient way possible by employees that could care less up to the management at the front end of the store is beyond incompetent. I just dont see how this place can turn a profit.
The associates are very friendly and helpful. Mercedes was extremely helpful assisting me during shopping trip!
Great place for quick essentials. Medicine, makeup, candy, chips, a small selection of toys and a full pharmacy complete the picture. Also picture printing in store or online.
The lady working the Fedx counter was so unpleasant that it ruined the entire days.
Overall store is good.but pharmacy members are so lazy.they dont wanna help.they are wasting the time of others.I just changed my pharmacy

Nice and easy to drive to.
It takes 5 mins and 2 secs to talk to a pharmacist and 3 transfers. I called to ask their fax number, I have to be transferred twice and put on hold for 1min and 33 secs. Frustrating!
