My experience at the Norwalk Smart & Final store was great 👍. Found what I came to purchase and my favorite frozen burritos were on sale for a good price! The cashier was very polite and professional too!

I like this smart and final no crowds after 8 pm... Its safe for shopping durring this pandemic. Parking lot can be a little bit Shady. Staff is really nice are have excellent customer service. If its small Smart & Final

I dont normally come to this one because the shelves are always empty didnt have any Gatorades or any cool refreshing drinks on the shelves I should have went to the one in Bellflower as planned

Staff as always cordial. Its great to see that Rudy, the manager was at the door greeting buyers and advising us of what is not available as you stand in line to go in. Glad to see they only allowed 4 people at a time for their safety and ours. Great job!!

Store was out of a certain product, but had plenty of trash bags in stock. Great selection of snacks to choose from.

We had to pay for ice, but then we bagged our own groceries and loaded the cart and fire got to get the ice!!

Odd place for a smart & final. Unfriendly and miserable staff. But they did have what I needed.

Clean and not crowded. I like the way they set up the line to pay. It is labeled and it has the screen that tells you which lane to go.

The employees are rude, and they have no knowledge of their store. I asked where a certain item was, they looked at me like I spoke alien.

Tried returning 2 items with receipts and it clearly shows the items are there and they refused to return the item! TOMMY ON THE OTHER HAND WAS ALSO VERY VERY RUDE! NEVER AGAIN!

I usually can find what I want for a quick trip. Some of the things I regularly buy are hit and miss. Main complaint is that they wait way too long to call up another cashier. Sometimes there are 6-7 people waiting with one oine open.

I was sold the wrong movie tickets. The drinks are overprices and weak. Servers kept walking in front of me and interrupting the movie.
