Carlyn hardware has been my family’s store of choice for as long as I can remember. Chuck and his staff are some of the most friendly and helpful around. Very well stocked and if he doesn’t have it can get it as soon as possible. Will always try here first before going anywhere else. Thank you!

Every store employee knows everything about everything. Its quite amazing. Carlyns has stuff big box stores dont carry which also is amazing. Combine the first line with the 3rd line and you have a recipe for continued success. Prices are more reasonable than online & competitors.

Those guys are incredible. I will start going there first before going somewhere else. People can help you in less than 20 seconds. I got drill bit size that are hard to get.

Very helpful staff with a very convenient location. I would much rather patron a store such as theirs instead of going to one of the big box stores on CT Ave. Much more helpful staff and a great location to pick up quick things for around the house repairs.

Who needs Home Depot or Lowes when you have this local gem? Every time I have walked through their doors they have been eager to assist and help me find whatever I am looking for. They are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to ensure you leave their business satisfied. This is a great family owned business with an incredible staff that I can not possibly say enough about or recommend any higher. 🙌🏻

You dont get places like this anymore. They have such a wide selection of hardware that home depot and Lowes will never carry. Whether fixing a house or a car, they will bend over backwards to help, and ever since MP tools moved in with them, its been even better. Any kind of specialty tool you need they either have or can order.

While trying to help my daughter resolve situation at her home in Fairfield. I went to the Fairfield Home Depot and another Fairfield hardware store and not being able to resolve my problem, I can always count on the staff at the carlyn hardware store to take care of business! Thanks guys!

The way a hardware store should be. Might be a little pricier than Lowes or Home Depot, but they know their stuff, have good stock (even a lot of obscure stuff), and are always friendly.
