Through my time shopping here, I’ve picked up on a few things.The employees are treated like garbage from what I’ve seen, and the store manager, David Canter is it? Yeah, he’s incredibly naïve and childish to the point he adopts a god complex when faced with confrontation. He has no idea how to run a store despite having 25 years of experience? David, next time you want to throw back-handed comments to an employee, remember the world is watching and your temper tantrums are public, even if they’re behind a screen/phone.

This review reflects only my experience with the Norwalk store: I placed a curb side pickup order for a yard cart online. Prior to my order I verified the overall size of the product packaging would fit in my SUV, which it would. When I arrived at the store, the unit was a pre-assembled floor unit to my surprise, and I was told this was the only one available in this model. I stated to the person (who I later find was the manager) that this was listed online as an unassembled item that would have fit in my SUV, and I had just driven 40 minutes to pick this up; no apology was given at this time. We then discussed a solution and I asked if they would be able to remove approximately 10 bolts so I would be able to place this unit in my SUV since there was no communication via website or store about the unit being the last available and a preassembled floor model. I was told it was too late in the evening and they didn’t have time before close in 20 minutes, but I could leave it there and come back in a day or two; again no apologies for the inconvenience. I said this would not work as I’ve already spent my time and mileage driving here. Lastly I asked if they would be able to return the order due to this inconvenience and ship a new item to my house, waiving the shipping cost. The answer was simply “no, we don’t do that”; again no apology was given.For all of you out there, if you’ve read this far, I’d highly recommend calling tractor supply prior to ordering and make sure they are not selling you a floor model that is pre assembled. Also, if you value customer service, avoid the Norwalk store. Thanks for reading.

I usually get boxes of suet for my wild birds here. They were on sale today. I also purchased a 16oz container of Preen which was a good price. They always offer organic vegetable seeds, which I picked up today. The people working there were friendly and helpful.

Was able to find an item I had been wanting and looking a long time for! And it was reasonably priced.....The downside? The service I received was less than I expected...I struggled to maneuver a big propane tank through the store to the register while carrying several fittings and a hose, then out to my car and wasnt offered any assistance other than the use of a flat cart that they did bring me AFTER I made it to the register...

Its a great company to work for! I love shopping here on my days off as well! We price match guarantee!

Unsure if prices are better elsewhere, but its a great place for barn animal feed, cat/dog nutrional food, lots of animal toys and apparel for people. its also a great store for blacksmiths. lots of non galvanized metal rods and stuff to build forge setup

Tractor supply is a clean simple store that carries top of the line dog food. They are always well stocked and available to help. Dog friendly

Came into your store a few days ago to get some dog food, and Im not entirely sure about your stores policy on dress code, but a young girl I think her name was Destany was wearing sweatpants. I just didnt think it was very professional, other than that the people and store are great. I love coming into TSC and supporting the local business

Years ago I worked at Tractor Supply. Ive been into quite a few of them over the years. By far, the store in Norwalk is the best recovered, and clean store I have seen in years.

Store lost power the day I arrived but staff was great about helping me out anyway. Great team!

No office fees, test results are emailed to you. No appointment needed.You will also have access to your pets records online.Vet pet clinic hours.Every other Saturday 1PM - 2:30PMAsk the cashiers at the front for coupons. Theres coupons for $$ off shots and heartworm medicine on until 9/30/16.
