Incredibly helpful! They searched their warehouse for almost 40 minutes until they found what I was looking for instead of just telling me it was out of stock!Kudos to the staff!

Great selection for a small town hardware. They have just about anything that lowes or home depot has in tools, plumbing, electrical and paint at reasonable prices. There are always plenty of helpful staff members and they actually seem to know the products they carry(unlike the big warehouse stores).

You want personal one on one experience this is your store big box stores are not always the way to go, its time to shop small people its time to recognize the little guy sure they might not be lowes, homedepot or menards but go in 20 times guarentee those other stores wont remember your name these people are hometown proud and go out of there way to take care of you

Manager is arrogant and condescending. Selection is limited and prices are high.

I always get great service here..The staff is always pleasant and helpful, in a wheelchair can be difficult at times they always help hold the door for me which they don’t have too do but they are kind. They don’t always have what I need but I always check here first cause they treat you well.

Please check keys before you give them to customers. We bought two keys and they dont work nor do they look anything like the key they were supposed to look like.

Until today, I was a regular shopper at Ace Hardware in Norwalk. However, the cashiers in the front of the store embarresed me, and insulted me on two different days. The cashiers are incompetent and should not be Dealing with customers at all! Complaints to the owner was to no avail! I liked the convience of the store, but I will never shop there again!i can do without that kind of drama....
