This spot is awesome. Dave their super helpful counter man was stellar. He was able to help me with all my car needs while phones were ringing off the hook and there was an endless stream of customers who needed assistance. He and the whole team were fast, knowledgeable, and very accommodating!

Tire purchase started rough arriving for an install appointment last week and no tires due to trucking issue..... rescheduled for today.. Tires were in... yahoo.. Cliff was great... helped me save $$ on new wipers too... mechanic did a great job getting tires swapped quickly and me back on the road. Overall good experience.

I visited the Norway store today, very friendly staff, efficient and knowledgeable. The manager at the desk multi tasks well without making you feel rushed. Other customers that came through also seemed appreciative of the great customer service . Today was an oil change and tire rotation but have had tires and brake service in the past with good service .

So I purchased tires from VIP a few months back, so here I said on the side of the road a few miles from VIP tires with a flat. So I called AAA and made arrangements to have my car towed to VIP tires, since that is the place I purchased them. I was greatly disappointed when I called VIP to give them a heads up that Id be there soon. That I had a flat tire in that Im down the street he told me that he has a full schedule today and he will not be able to get back to me and my car until tomorrow. I let him know that I purchased the tires there I let him know that I have full coverage and road hazard and where the sarcastic and condescending voice he did not care.. I do not look forward to seeing this fellow 30 minutes from now when triple a drops me in my vehicle off there he will definitely get an earful he should never speak to someones wife the way he did

Came in to buy a lightbulb for my rear directional. I was assisted by Nick who answered my questions professionally efficiently and checked me out quickly. I am very glad we came to VIP in Norway, Maine. We were taken promptly for our appointments. David was such a good help with my 2011 Hyundai accent I was a tiny bit late to my appointment and it was no problem he said he got me took the keys got the car in the garage their technicians finish the car in less than 10 minutes and I was out the door thanks David for everything

I had my tire fixed at another one of their stores and my tire kept going flat afew days, so I went to see the manager at this store and he asked if I could could come back the next day and I said yes, so I went back and got it fixed that morning and it was No Charge to me because the other store never cleaned my rim before putting the tire on the rim so the bead didnt seal on the rim. So if you are in need of AUTO REPAIR give the guys a call 📞 for great service

Had a slow leak in one of my tires, called them at about 4:00 today and they said come on down. They saw me right away, the person Dave/David was great to work with. Was out of there and home by 5:00 - it required a new valve/stem. Great service and was very happy. Thanks VIP!

Today was a nightmare had family stuff come up and had to make a trip from Maine to NY my truck needed tires to make it down called around with no one able to put them on went to Walmart who refused to put them on because of size even though it was within legal limits! Called over at 445 they said they would put them on! They were even kind enough to give me a deal so I could get on the road and on my way! Even finished faster then they told me it would be! Thankyou VIP!

I showed up just before closing with a tire that had a puncture and the techs were packing up to leave for the day. I expressed me need for help and David (running the front) showed me what to do for a temporary fix and helped me get the repair done in the parking lot so I could get home and to a local (to me) shop to get the tire fixed. VIP in Norway has top notch customer service. I am so impressed with their quality service and thorough car inspection. I brought my Volkswagen in for an oil change, and a VIP technician noticed my tires had not been properly installed by another company. Thanks to VIP the other company installed new tires for me. I will be a loyal VIP customer because they went the extra mile to make sure our car was safe.

Paul and Cliff, and all the others behind the counter are always happy to answer all my questions. I like to watch my service being done through the window in the comfortable waiting area. I got my front struts replaced, front end alignment and a radiator flush. A few weeks later there was an issue with the wheel alignment. Matt, the manager, diplomatically resolved the problem to my satisfaction. That being said, if you have any any questions or issues, dont be afraid to speak up. The staff at VIP will do their best to give you great service and keep your vehicle on the road.

I came in off the street with a tire problem for a friend. I was greeted by Matthew who promptly asked me to pull up to the first working bay. Gene was right there and fixed the problem. So I thought, since I am here I would have them take a look at my own tire. They jumped right on that as well. I was treated with respect and dignity and received two fixed tires. I would highly recommend this VIP to anyone. As a woman it can be difficult to find a repair place that doesn’t condescend or dismiss me because of my gender or more mature age. It was refreshing. I went in this morning for an inspection sticker. I needed an oil change as well but didn’t have money for it today...before I checked out, Matt (store manager) informed me that I passed my inspection, but that I’d eventually have to get an oil change. A few minutes later as I went to check out Matt informed me again that he had done the oil change for me already and explained an easy way to go about getting it for free. Such a nice crew over in Norway!!!!

Went to this VIP yesterday and was so happy with my experience!! Dealt with the manager who was super nice and listened to my concerns. I’ve also always had an issue bringing my car to shops because usually the mechanics have no respect and make a mess out of it, but it was just as clean when I got in it as it was when I left it!
