It was not good. At all. I went to go and make a payment on the break job. I had done last friday. And he said he was not going to chase me.down for a.paymet plan. I had set up. And mention o would bring a payment in Tuesday afternoon before 5PM. And I went to the bank to go get funds for my. BREAKS. TO CHIP AWAY AT IT. AND THEY WHERE NOT THERE. I PULLED IN AT 4:25P. AND I KEPT MY WORD..LOOK FOR A.DROP BOX. AND I DIDNT SEE ONE. AND I WILL NOT CHASE THEM DOWN ENITHER. I WILL MAKE MONEY ORDERS AND SEND THE PAYMENTS IN THE MAIL.

Alignment has been awful since repair.Currently has a lot of loose parts that shouldve been fixed for the high price tag.$8500 charge to insurance company to repair passenger fender and rear quarter collision.-Loose top hat of the strut, with the car jacked up there is so much movement with the strut and car.-Missing clips to hold front bumper cover-Missing screw and clips for fender-2 trim pieces flew off while driving the car due to missing clips-Strut and sway bar link wasnt replaced even though it was billed to insurance which now needs to be replaced.-Very loose tie rod end that needs to be replaced.

Brought my car in for an inspection, they said everything was fine. Four days later (and less than 100 miles) the brakes started squealing so I brought it in again, dropped it off for the day to be assessed. I got a call with a voicemail simply saying it was all set to pick up. When I arrived to pick it up, I was informed that they had replaced 2 sets of brake pads and the bill was $197. I was never contacted to discuss the work needed, parts options, or prices. When I expressed my concerns over not being contacted before the service was done, they offered only to put my old pads back on and send me on my way.The other two times I had previously brought my car in, I have gotten it back dirty and greasy inside.Poor serviceExtremely poor customer service.

I have used Kevin, Steve (his Dad), and Bolo (his grand father) over the past 3 generations for work on my vehicles. Kevin can do all the regular work that is needed to maintain and restore your vehicle plus he can do heavy fabrication work for special equipment like the 7 foot wide snowblower that I have mounted on the front of my pickup truck. He just fabricated a new shoe that broke off of my blower and got lost. A while back, he replaced the bottom, back corner of the cab of my truck and one cant tell which side it was as it is an exact duplicate of the undamaged side. His labor rate is a lot less than local dealers are charging.

Quick, professional, affordable. Had me in and out on short notice when I was in a pinch. Highly recommend.
