Stopped by today with my brother to view the inventory and I must say that the experience we had was not what I expected. It was better. Maria was amazing! She showed us the inventory and spent time answering all of our questions. It was a great experience and she helped me have a new appreciation for the Ferrari. I was more of a Lambo guy myself but now Im not so sure. Thanks for the experience and it meant more than you may know. Going out to look at cars we grew up loving was a way to take our minds off hard times. You were amazing and kind. Take care.
Great experience with Ferrari of New England, specifically KC. Worked with another dealership and had to bring my car here for service as it was closer. The difference in customer service is huge. From start to finish I was treated like I was family. I went in for a service and wound up buying a 2019 Ferrari 488 GTB. Extremely happy with both the service department and the sales dept. Awesome dealership! I will definitely be a repeat customer and will be referring friends and family here as well. When you go there ask for KC and tell him I sent you!
Im not sure if the public knows that Ferrari of New England will service other makes of cars & most importantly service them at a level that can only be described as perfection. Ive been there twice to have my car worked on & Bill the service writer and Brian a master mechanic are both terrific & very fair with their prices. Brian treats my Corvette like its a $3 Million Dollar Ferrari! It is so nice to have such a great team that takes care of me and my car & completes the work needed at the highest possible standard. If you have a corvette that you cherish & you need routine maintenance or major repairs consider Ferrari. As a side note: The day I was there having the clutch and brake fluid changed there were 4 other Corvettes in the shop.

Absolutely fantastic experience with an amazing staff. Jesse and Mark were great as well as the rest of their team. This was my first experience with the Ferrari brand and it could not have gone better. The transaction and process were also very safe given the current Covid-19 situation. I would recommend the dealership to anyone.
1st time since 2000ish..... different staffing.In the past i was not impressed with the customer treatment and attentiveness. Whole new staffing and completely different experience now. I brought my Speciale in for service and dealt mainly with Bill. What a down to earth, nice guy! Everyone i spoke with was friendly and outgoing.! I look forward to future dealings..

General Manager and staff have phenomenal customer service skills. They make you feel right at home. Great sales team one big helpful family. Not snobby or pretentious down to earth staff knowledgeable helpful accommodating. Yes the showroom cars look sensational.
Not impressed with the mechanical expertise they had to offer. Spent over $1000 in diagnostic fees before they were able to pinpoint the issue. Which then resulted in them quoting me another $4500 for the part that apparently needed replacing. Customer service was good, but I honestly expected them to be more knowledgeable on the mechanical part of things.
This dealership is the worst dealership I have come across in fifty years. They have no loaner vehicles and no acknowledgement if issues my car was having less than one month after purchase. I have owned over 30 exotic foreign cars and lived in 4 states. Their customer relations is not important to sales or service. I traded my beloved Ferrari California for a car that had a note worthy dealership to service and maintain the vehicle.
The best experience in getting your dream car. From the ordering, waiting, and actual delivery, to the day your baby is picked up, they do a great job. My one year service was done last summer and it was a breeze. The entire dealer staff are real pros and they aim to please. Cant wait to get another baby soon.

They sold a car right under me 5 minutes before I showed up they called saying it was gone yesterday.I set up an appointment over a week ago for this to happen money in hand don’t waste your time
Incredible experience year after year. Adam Jaklitsch has been there since we purchased our first Ferrari. Now on to the fourth one, he has been extremely patient and knowledgable with the Ferrari Product and has ordered and built our latest car. Now that the car has arrived I am very thankful for Adams knowledge and help. The car turned out perfect. Ryan Brooks parts manager is absolute disgrace to this brand - despite multiple emails to check before he shipped wrong rims and tires for my quattroporte and once i tried to return once he received it he intentionally damaged the rims/tires not to issue a credit. Complete fraud!

Its one thing to look at Ferraris online, but its another to see them in person, touch them, get inside them. It also helps to have friendly, knowledgeable staff on hand to tell you about the cars and help you choose which one you really want, despite what you may have thought before walking in. And, whatever you do here, dont leave without a test drive.

I stopped by the Ferrari of New England dealership while heading home from the airport over the weekend and I can honestly say it was hands down the best experience I’ve had at any car dealership. First of all, there was a LaFerrari on the showroom floor so enough said there. This was my first time at this dealership and all I intended to do was to take some photos of these amazing Ferraris. However, it only got better from there. A gentleman named Esmael really made my first time at this dealership a better experience than I would have ever predicted. Esmael kindly showed me around the dealership describing the specs of the cars even though he knew I was not in the market to buy one. After some conversation I had mentioned that my favorite car to this day is the F12 Berlinetta, which was not on the showroom floor at the time. Esmael graciously took the time to bring me into the back storage area, which I can’t really put into words the astonishing collection of cars back there, you have to see it for yourself, and I finally saw a F12 Berlinetta in person! I spent probably 15 or so minutes drooling over the cars there. Overall, best experience at any car dealership in my life and the time Esmael took to show me around knowing I wasn’t looking to buy one was extremely generous of him. This review is long but I thought I would try to paint a picture of how awesome Ferrari of New England really is and how kind the people are, no matter if you’re in the market or not.Thank you Esmael!
