I understand people need to go to lunch and considering post covid its hard to have employees available, but I wasnt able to get in You may guess whoever is here was out to lunch. So wasnt all that very much taken care of was I... Oh well

EDIT:I recently was able to get ahold of someone at the store. He was able to help me out with the weirdness of my previous order. He got me the phones I needed and honored the deal that I was supposed to get two months ago (even though it was no longer an active promotion). Dez was INCREDIBLE and got everything sorted out for me. I would absolutely recommend going to this place.Original: I really wanted to love this place because the man that helped us out was incredibly kind and was working hard. However, I ordered a phone through this location at the end of May and still havent heard a word about whether or not it came in. Every time I try to call the location it goes immediately to voicemail and then says the mailbox is full so I cannot leave a message. I dont have time to make it over there to check in on a phone that may or may not be in :(

My phone randomly started having issues and since my phone is the only way for my employees and clients to contact me at any given moment, I needed this problem resolved immediately. I usually always go into my normal Verizon, but since time was of the essence, I decided to go to Norwood since it was close. Ramone was professional and cared that I was upset about my phone. Because of his helpful demeanor, I ended up leaving with a new phone for myself and a new phone for my kid. Ramone is the reason this location is my new normal Verizon store!

AFTER 15 MINUTES OF STANDING AT THE DOOR. A YOUNG AA MALE CAME FROM THE BACK OF THE STORE. WE KNEW WE HAD TO PAY OFF OUR OLD PHONES WHICH WAS UNDER $150.00. WE PAY OUR BILL.ON TIME EVERY MONTH. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE WAS TOLD WE HAD TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL 400 PLUS TO GET NEW PHONES. ?? IM VERY UPSET . LEFT WITHOU A PHONE. TIME TO CHANGE PHONE COMPANIES.
