As i posted review of dedham store if i could give 10 stars i would if you have an issue with any thing and they cant help they quickly call some one who can just like dedham you can go there angry. And leave feeling happy and valued keep up the great work norwood and dedham stores. !!

Tiredness not even once a lots of time 😒 visit this store for paying bills on open time and their has no one available in the store wait an hours or either not any notice of on the door if having any issues...

I went in on a Tuesday to activate my new phone. The employee never told me I could save $16 by calling the customer service line. I called a couple days later to speak with a supervisor the employee Adam answered and said “moving forward now you know” ok but that does not rectify the situation and he actually hung up on me. I called again and he told me I can’t call for a personal matter. It was a BUSINESS matter. Not personal. He said I was taking away time from his customer he was talking to...so why did he even answer the phone? I was not even being rude until he gave me attitude. I wanted to speak with a manager to which he would not. I would give this store ZERO stars if I could. Telling me it’s “only $16”. Super unprofessional and rude. Hope no one ever speaks down to him or his family like that showing such poor customer service.

I wasnt even in the store a min. When another customer told me that she was on the phone for a hr. I stood there for 10mins & left. I would never go back. There are many other dealers out there. Just a second Ill be w/you. Would have kept me. I just had a quick question. I went to another MetroPCS gave them the money. More staff at this location is needed.

Line of people waiting and they close the store down for a break at 400pm. Guess you dont like making money.

MY encounters with the owner have been consistently unsatisfying. Im so glad theres a new metro store in Norwood. Good riddance to him!

Went and bought a phone for my son and my wife they switched my number with my sons I went back to the store to fix and they refused to fix the problems they caused so now Im left with no phone

Its an AUTHORIZED dealer. It is safe and they are reliable but i always prefer going to the actual store.

Rude, not willing to help. Went to Deham location and got treated great. Avoid this location

Quiet clean environment, descent customer service, sales staff is a lil pushy at times but very knowledgeable.
