Chris was amazing! I always find the phone upgrade process stressful but Chris was so nice and patient, she made the experience so easy and enjoyable. She helped my family find the best deals and told us about current promotions without being pushy. We will definitely be back because of the excellent customer service we received today!
Rocky was great to work with! He was very informative with all the questions I had. He took the time to explain to me all the the phones that would best suit us for what was needed and told us about comparison rates and what would be the best offer for my pocket. This store has made the cellphone buying experience seamless and easy. The staff is incredibly nice and always goes out of their way to help out the customers. We recently upgraded our phones and Rocky was so helpful in helping us set up the new phones and transferring all data, especially with making sure we were able to hold onto messages of sentimental value.

I love it there. I literally stay in Boston and come all the way to this location because of DANNY! I went to see why my SIM wasn’t working he refreshed my phone and sold me some wireless earbuds better then the iPhone ear buds. Thanks DANNY I’ll be back to add more lines.
My wife went into this store this past weekend to upgrade her phone. She was told that as part of the promotion, that she would receive a free apple watch or tablet. We were very specific that we did not want an additional line, or any promotion that was going to add monthly charges to her phone bill, which the sales person told us would be the case, so my wife agreed to get the free watch. We were also told that the activation fee, etc. would show up on her Verizon statement, so we paid about $244 which was the tax, misc fees etc. We did not get a receipt but were told that this would show up on her next monthly bill.Well NONE of what was stated was true. She signed my wife up for the most expensive plan, created a seperate line for her new free Apple Watch, and her new bill went from $80 to around $150.Bottom line, these people are all comission based sales people who lie right to your face with a smile on theirs. The game is that they assume that 9 out of 10 people will just accept getting screwed over.DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE OR ANY OTHER AUTHORIZED VERIZON dealership. This is not Verizon its some garbage company that trains their associates to rip people off.We called Verizon, squared everything away, and are returning the free watch. Lastly if you have to go to this place, get a receipt dont take their word for it.

I had a horrible experience over a month ago and I am still waiting to hear back for my escalated case. The associate forced me to upgrade my phone even though I have total mobile protection. The microphone on my phone was broken and all I wanted was to have it replaced like Ive had to before. I was told I need to upgrade to the iphone 10 because its what best for me I declined many times before I was told I needed to upgrade from the 8 to the 8se because it was in stock in the store. I was then charged $130 because the kid would not use the total mobile protection. He kept taking personal calls and texts on his phone. He then told me I need to sign up for icloud extra storage because its whats best for me I declined that, yet was still somehow signed up for it as I got an email receipt from Apple saying thanks for signing up here is your monthly plan. The phone was having trouble connecting to their WiFi so downloading the upgrade required to start the phone was taking a while. He answered his phone and told whoever that Im trying to finish with a customer then Ill be over. The kid then told me to just go home and finish doing it there since it was taking too long, unless you need the phone for GPS or something. When I got home it took almost 2 hours for it to finish. This phone is having trouble connecting to WiFi and staying connected. I have tried working with their tech support and have gotten no where. It has been over a month and still nothing. This is completely ridiculous.

Customer Service is good . Gentleman in there assisted with getting me a tablet for my son . I wasn’t even in there to purchase it, I actually went to pay my bill 😂. Gentleman came back with my receipt and then boom hit me with a promotion I had on my account and sold me just by his mannerism! Greeted me in the store well and expedited it quickly, informed me of product and what I could do with it for my minor son ! Just say great experience and I didn’t have to wait for hours 🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️

I came in to have a glass screen protector replaced. The salesman assured me that he knew what he was doing. He refused to use the tools that came with the protector to aid in proper installation. I left with bubbles in the protector and it was not lined up on the phone accurately. I will not return to this location.

I went from a broken phone this morning to a brand new one in minutes. Ryan is the best!! He made a terrible situation not only better but a pleasurable one instead. These people are great at what they do! They truly help and and will put you into a plan that fits your usage. They will try to sell you their products but its always a valued added sell....
This was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went in yesterday with a friend looking to sign up for a cell plan for the very first time and the sales associates made it as confusing as possible. The worst part was that they answered the same question 2-3 different ways, often black and white answers, and with a (clearly fake) confidence each time! They even gave us different rates and then would not follow through with the promised rates. The manager got involved and he was just as bad and then said the sales associate we first had was brand new... if true, that just means she doesnt yet have proper training or a great manager who leads by example in my opinion. He kept acting like it was all her fault. I felt terrible for her. There was a corporate woman there as well who was also no help. We left with one problem they couldnt resolve (setting up auto pay). Honestly, I was floored. If my friend didnt need her cell phone plan because of an emergency, we would have left and gone to another brand. Oh and we were there for two hours. Terrible in every sense.

Every time I go to the Norwood Verizon store I always come out more than satisfied. I have been a customer of this location for a few years now and Justin and his team have always been the best help with any request or concern I or the rest of my family has had and completely fulfilled our satisfaction to a T. I refuse to go to any other Verizon or Apple store because I know all of my questions will be answered with a gaurantee at the Norwood location. Justin has the most patients I have ever seen when it comes to completely fulfilling expectations not just with my own family but other customers too; like calling me back that afternoon to make sure everything went smooth. He is a true people’s person and has shown his care for his customers and his fellow coworkers. Just an absolute great guy all around. It’s a good feeling to know you have a pro that can take care of the issue in your area. Thank you.

Go to a real Verizon store. They dont have the latest phones and cant honor discounts from Verizon.
