Working with Kevin to get the process going was flawless! Once our glass shower door was ready they scheduled the install the following day and it looks great. They were also very safe, wearing masks and practicing safe distancing. I will use them again and highly suggest them to others looking for this type of work to be done.

On March 9, 2021 I had a meeting with Kevin from Glass Works. He got everything all measured up and order that would take four to six weeks. Cost for my Euro surrond system 2180.00. Gave him a deposit of 1180.00. Around the first week of April spoke to John the installer made an appointment for installation. I paid my balance and the job looked very professional done. So I tought. On July 10 2021 after taking a shower I noticed that the door doesnt close properly. What I saw is in photo 1 The door pulling away from the wall. On Monday July 12, 2021 I called Kevin no answer and had to leave a voice mail. Thank God that this happened to me and not one of my children. (The weight of the door would have seriously hurt or killed someone.) On Wednesday July 14, 2021 I called the installer John.No answer had to leave a message. So I got out my stud finder to find out that the upper door hinge is not mounted to a wall stud. Shown in pictures 2 and 3. This was a accident waiting to happen. Its Saturday July 17, 2021 and I have not heard a word from anyone from Glass Works. So if anyone cares about quality workmanship, customer service and the safety of your family. I WOUND NOT RECOMMED using Glass Works at 22863 Heslip Drive in Novi, Michigan 48375

We recently completed our master bath project and used Glassworks for our custom mirrors and shower door. We got quotes from four different glass companies and chose Glassworks because of Kevins design expertise. During the process, Kevin was very helpful in working with our installer and answering any questions that came up. We couldnt be happier with the finished product.

Kevin and his crew were great. Were adding a workout room to our basement. Scott and John installed a 9 x 6 window and 7 x 18 mirrored wall. They were meticulous with their measurements and installation, we would highly recommend Glass Works and will use them again for future projects.

Initially Kevin was very Friendly, I was referred to him by my daughter. The problem came after the shower doors were installed. I had already paid him in full. I noticed when trying to slide the shower doors open and close the back of the door handles crash into each other. I called Kevin and spoke to him about this issue and he stated, “That has never happened In the whole 20 years I’ve been doing this”. I mentioned to Kevin that I have to pull the doors slightly toward me in order to keep the back of the door handles from crashing into each other, and he just said “Oh ok we’ll do that then”. This Job was over 1,000 dollars and that was the response I got from him. He refused to come look at it, I left a voicemail and text him to see if he could come look at the doors. No response! Absolutely unacceptable!! Clearly the track is not wide enough to allow the space needed for the doors to slide freely.

I definitely recommend this company! Very professional. Understood my needs and worked with me to get the job done well. I gave them a deposit right before the 2020 COVID-19 Pandemic began, so that when my shower door and parts arrived, they weren’t allowed to install for over 2 months. Kevin, the owner, called me periodically to give me updates and assure me that my deposit hadn’t gone down a “black hole!” When the government allowed them to come, they scheduled immediately and completed the job professionally. The workmen wore masks and were very competent and personable. I would definitely use this company again.

Picked this company out of countless others in SE Michigan because of the excellent customer service provided by Kevin (the owner) and John and Casey who installed our glass enclosure.Kevin was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire process and also agreed to install my enclosure per my specs (no penetration through the waterproofing later on the shower curb).John and Casey were also friendly, professional, and kept their workspace and the house very clean. The enclosure was installed quickly and with great attention to detail. The job site was kept clean and did not require any cleanup after they departed.A+ Will use these guys for future installs.
