They have remodel this location. Less clutter bright and open. Will shop here again

The staff is great. If you’ve never had Illy coffee, you must try it. Bed Bath & Beyond sells Italy’s number one coffee. It’s the best coffee you’ll ever drink!

Always a great place. Our cashier was extremely helpful get us as many of the 20% off coupons as possible. Found a lot of GREAT clearance items at this location.

Excellent customer service

Returned an item that was shipped to me in a damaged box with no plastic wrap. They accused me of returning a used item. The manager that respects their business should figure out why it was shipped to me like that than accusing me of using it.

Love this store as it is big and carries a lot of good items. Unfortunately I moved to Jackson and the one here is small, although the people in both stores are great!

I am not a huge Shopper and do not like the crowds! I love coming here on Black Friday. I and pick up their 25% off coupon which is good for all day long. You didnt have to be there at the crack of dawn in the morning Madness!

Called the store early in the day to schedule an appointment for setting up my wedding registry and was told I didnt need to schedule one. I told the woman what time I would be in the store.We arrived a few minutes early. We stood at the registry counter. Two associates made eye contact with me. No one talked to us though. We continued standing there. Another one walked by us. Not a single word said to us. So then we walked around the store for a minute and the employee again walked up near us but never said a word.Extremely frustrating. I might as well just register on Amazon. Helps my friends and family because its convenient and saves us from dealing with more awful customer service.

I was at the novi location this morning and bought a wreath for gal for my door so I went to the cash reg waited my turn but the customer was already done and the cashier kept talking to her like I wasn’t even there and I set my wreath down to ring up and she didn’t say even a thing to me. Then proceeded to talk to another associate that was a man about how I just cut in front of the guest, when in fact it was my turn and I don’t appreciate it that at all . I always go to this one but I don’t think so anymore just the way I was treated very very rude and poorly .I will be going to the other locations .She needs to be taught how to be nice to other people

They offer exchange of Soda stream CO2 bottles. Thats pretty much the only reason I go to this store.

I went to this Bed Bath & Beyond to buy a new coffee maker and the place seemed really nice. BUT, the employees were BEYOND rude. I am of Chinese decent and the employees were ignoring me. I asked an employee for help and they looked me in the eyes kinda laughed and walked away to help a white customer. I didnt think it was a race thing but that was how ALL the employees were acting towards me. They would only help the white customers. I even seen them acting this way towards Arabic customers. I had to ask another customer for help because the employees wouldnt help me.

Great staff, lots of product & worth buying into the 20% discount. Love the new Ugh line of bedding.

Staff is always friendly and helpful and the store is always orderly. Only negative is that it is a very popular store on the weekends, which makes checkout backups pretty common. Other than that, one of my favorite places to shop.

They have a gift warp set up that is free to use...

I recently found something on their website at a great price and the store had it at a much higher price. They did an override at the register but I think there should be better harmony between their website and in store prices.

Service always seem indifferent, but I love the stuff they have. Always spend easy too much.

Waited about 15 minutes under Gift Registry sign only to be told we needed to wait at a kiosk (clerk pointed to it) to get a printed gift registry. Stood at that kiosk for a few minutes, which has no sign above it, and couldnt get any help there from the employee either.No worries, though, we just left, ordered from Amazon (probably cheaper anyway), and had it delivered. So much easier. Next time we will go to Amazon first.

Poor customer service 😢 the manager has no customer service skills at all! Plus his attitude could use some help. My shopping days are done there! I now know why there are few shoppers in this store lately.

Took 20 minutes to make a return when there were 2 other people in the line before me. The service is amazingly slow and for some reason insisted I wait in the normal checkout line to get to the returns desk despite nobody other than me wanting to make a return and therefore not using the returns desk.

I was in and out of here quickly with my mother as we were buying a write-on picture frame for her weddding. In general, Theres a ton of stuff to be found here, though Im a little agitated that some of the stuff feels cramped in around you. We had fairly decent customer service overall, but there wasnt any help from the employees in carrying our large picture frame to the front.

We will be surprise what you can find in there. Amazing place. Like the website too.

Better selection

I have mixed experiences with this bed bath. Most of the times employees were helpful and I had some of them going extra mile to sort the problem out but the management is not helpful if you have a bigger issue. I had one bookshelf delivered 3 times broken and the other one used and scratched all up out of the box and one of the managers seemed like they will take care of it, but when I came in he wasnt there and other manager on duty was just snippy and pushed the problem away to deal with the other manager. As far as I know any manager could have helped me but she was just lazy, said the other guy will call me tomorrow and I never heard from them. After 3 failures of delivery I got 0 customer service.Ther items are overpriced and cheap quality anyway. Wont be buying major things there again.

It was good experience, they have 75% off rack as soon as you walk in, so you dont have to look the clearance sign. They dont have make-up if someone is looking for it.

Went here for bath towels and shower curtains. They had quality makers and most of what I chose was on sale.

I was very uncomfortable shopping here today. We usually shop at the location on Southfield road but happened to be in that area. My fiancé asked a young woman where we could find the shower brush we were looking for and she sent us the wrong way, when we finally got to where they were she was standing nearby and another associate walked up to me making me aware that he was in the area and just stood around. He didn’t ask if we needed help, didn’t stock a shelf just stood by until we walked to another department. It was like he was watching us and as we left not only did he walk off so did the young lady who had sent us the wrong way. To top it off we were the only African Americans in the store at the time. Definitely felt as if we were being profiled, will not be returning to this location.

The store was well organized and everything was properly labeled to find what youre looking for easier. The store was clean and the staff very friendlySadly they didnt have what I was looking for so I had to go elsewhere.

This place is a DISASTER. I went here to return/exchange some things I got from my bridal shower and wholey cow it is an absolute MESS! Trying to maneuver a cart through the aisleways was nearly impossible! Plus there are things, like pillows and comforters, just laying all of over the floors. It took me over 30 minutes to find the curtains I was looking for because they were all just thrown carelessly on the shelves, no organization whatsoever, and there was a giant ladder in the middle of the curtain area blocking the way. Plus not a lot of selection, either that or everything is SO out of place that you wont be able to find what you are looking for. Save yourself the hassle and go to a different location or shop online!

I find their prices some time good others not so good but they always have offers and discounts​ and they are always there to help for real. They have almost everything fit the house, kitchen, bedroom, bath, outside of the house.
