I recently had my kitchen remodeled and came to Cabinetek with a preliminary design. Tyler was fantastic and assisted me in choosing the best cabinets for my kitchen, and a very realistic price for me and my family! The cabinets were delivered within the estimated time, and I could not be happier with the end result!Also, when a drawer I received was broken upon delivery Tyler came out and personally fixed the drawer at a later date after the installation! Every single person I spoke with was very friendly and courteous and Ive already recommended them to several people looking for new cabinets!

Cabinetry takes a lot of skill, patience, and hard work. If you want cabinets by people who hold these values dear, dont use this company. They are fast, then theyre slow, then theyre obscene. I wouldnt want somebody so unhinged in my home hanging hinges. Definitely need to keep employees in check, especially in company vehicles.

My experience has been extremely frustrating. I ordered kitchen cabinets and a matching bathroom vanity. The kitchen cabinets arrived at the beginning of July. Its almost September and my bathroom vanity still hasnt arrived even though I paid for them at the same time. This delay is preventing me from being able to have countertops installed and having a functioning kitchen.I wish I would have gotten an itemized list of all the cabinet and trim components when I placed my order. I also wished someone from Cabinetek had inventoried my order when it arrived to see I was missing pieces. I am also missing pieces of trim. These problems should have been recognized before the cabinets were delivered.Communication with Cabinetek has been very spotty and unreliable. I think the staff is too busy writing their own generic 5-star reviews to respond to my calls or emails. This is my last ditch effort to get someone to call me back!

This is the company my builder worked with. The kitchen designer was nice to work with and very helpful. I knew exactly what I wanted as far as the design and layout, So the design stage was pretty straightforward. I liked the fact that I could see my cabinets on cad design. I chose Pioneer Cabinets mainly for their price point and that it was a Michigan company. Somewhere in the process of fulfilling the order at Pioneer there were mistakes made. Cabinets were shipped with unfinished sides, one wrong cabinet, missing feet, these were all quickly rectified when brought to Cabinetek’s attention however. Very likely an incorrect reading of the order at the cabinet factory. However to be fair in my review I did want to state that I had these issues but that Cabinetek was quick to make things right. My cabinets look very nice and so far am quite happy with them.

Working with Cabinetek on our kitchen and bathroom cabinets was a real pleasure. They were very patient and helpful during design and their follow-up on installation was great. They did a wonderful job.

Ordered from Cabinetek through a friend, the only issue we had was that there was a side of a base cabinet that was warped, they offered to replace it but it was not visible. The cherry stain was dead on to the sample they sent. Pleasure doin business with you.

After doing extensive research online for cabinetry, I was surprised to find a company that sold brand named cabinetry (not RTA or some cheaply made cabinets) for a good price. I called them up and their design specialist was very informative and helped me with my design and walked me through the ordering process. Though my order arrived a week later than what it would typically take, I understood it was due to the custom hood for my kitchen. However the delivery was very smooth and there we no missing pieces.They seem to have very competitive prices and I was amazed by the quality and price compared to what was offered at the big boxed stores.I would highly recommend anyone looking for cabinets to purchase it from cabinetek.
